Location perfect. Concierge Chris Edscorn was very helpful educating us on sightseeing opportunities. Only complaint: Water in shower could have been hotter.

The Hotel was in a great walking location to downtown river front shopping. HOWEVER parking was 40.00 dollars a Night to park at the hotel WITH your stay..The outside road noise was terrible sirens and traffic all through the night. The lack of security was a surprise. No cameras in the halls and the doors to the parking garage were open straight into the hotel lobby. Internet was a extra charge of 15.00. And the purchase of a plastic bottle of soda down stairs was 4.27. .. Our neighbors next door were so loud and banging furniture. The kids were trying to unlock the connecting doors from theres to ours..Had pizza delivery at 12 am and kept going in and out of the room having to slam the room door over and over... We called the front desk 3 times before someone was sent to check out if there was even an adult present inside.. For the money spent definitely stay somewhere else.

I was not pleased with attitude of “greatest” as you entered the property. I was also not pleased with the staff who checked me in and the lack of help the next morning. I could go on but not worth the effort. I will not be back. And last December I had a lovely visit to your property. Oh well-

Starting from parking , you had to obtain a parking ticket in order to park . Was told you only have to pay $40. During check out i ended up paying $160.. not sure where the disconnect was. Didn’t have enough towels to use and the tub looked like it was also used before we got settled in . Haven’t been to a marriott that i didn’t have a great experience until this one.

Our room overlooking the Savannah River was very comfortable and one was tempted to sit on the deck and watch the ships go by. There are other things to see in Savannah and we spent more of our days out and about.
We ate in the hotel several times and while the menu was limited the food was very good.

The overall stay and location was good However, there is always room for improvement. To start I reserved a room with a balcony and was given a standard room. There was pet feces in common area for at least 2 days that no one cleaned up (should be the “responsibility of the owner”) There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, the toilet wouldn’t flush properly. Additionally, there was no available microwave, the room refrigerator leaked.
Didn’t feel the need to take a picture of dog poop.

We came to celebrate our 50th anniversary. The rooms HVAC did not work properly - ran all the time and was always cold no matter what we set the temp for. The TV remote had a mind of its own. Volume would jump from 2 to 15. The carpet was worn and coming up. I will say the bed was pretty comfortable and there was an abundance of pillows.

We checked in the day of hurricane Helene. We felt safe and the staff reassured us that everything would be ok.

Wonderful stay. Easy check in. The room was clean. The room was next to some parking/driving area, but it wasn't loud. Would stay here again.

The man at the front desk was extremely welcoming and polite, we drove for 12 hours total and was just ready to get in and get to sleep. He offered us an extended couple hours since we were so late to arrive. Everyone has been so friendly and the hotel is very clean and beautiful

I liked how it was on the River and next to a really nice walkable river walk

Please note it doesn’t offer free Wi-Fi, breakfast extra, and parking $40 per day. For the price we will pick something closer next time. Also the king mattress was stained with something, we noticed after we were leaving. It is a hard pass.

Shower A+, Bed F+ , Pool F+. This was a staycation for Labor Day weekend. Checked in on the 31st didn't sleep that evening due to uncomfortable bed (left side is lower than right side). Sunday morning asked to be moved to a different room but I was told there were none available. Did not sleep at all Sunday night so checked out early Monday morning. When mentioned the issue at checkout I was told "Sorry". I'm not a happy camper right now. Still dealing with back pain due crappy bed. I vacation 3 times a year and never have I experienced such an uncomfortable bed. What's the deal with the Motel like pool? Understand it's an older Hotel but one would think a pool renovation would be in order with the hotels around offering such a superior amenity.

They charge $40 for parking even thou you are staying with then and for the tv also. Its a ripp off , i will never stay here again. Staff didn't care.
