Quick easy check in and check out. Faster than any hotel I’ve stayed in. In a good location down town Portland. Very nice facility.

Lovely hotel, great location and great staff.

Outstanding desk staff EVERY time we visit (a major reason we choose to return here) and clean accommodations. Some of the rooms DO look out on ugly concrete or the HVAC units on the corners, so ask ahead of time. Top suites have a lovely view of the city! The Tavern adjoining does NOT have good food.

Loved the location. Valet was expensive and an add-on service, so we declined. Parking garage across the street. Not a deal-breaker, but not preferable. THE KING SIZED BED WAS TERRIBLE. We could not get any sleep due to the mattress rocking around and the mattress being rock-hard. Shower and bathtub was nice. Restaurant food was AMAZING. Staff was very friendly.

Excellent customer service and very prestine cleaniness. Quiet rooms and located in a great part of downtown. Many things are walkable from hotel.

Nice hotel, however bed and pillows were not to our liking. Also would have liked microwave in the room. No convenient food options nearby except for in hotel. Never did find a decent coffee shop close by. Hotel is clean and nice though.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, comfortable beds, good coffee, great bathroom. And we had a nice balcony with table and chairs which we used often.

We were very pleased with the hotel and staff. The mattress could have been better, but that was it.

Overall, the facility was nice. Some of the staff lacked personality, and some were very inviting. There was a slight musty odor, and the suite needs some trim work around one of the windows, but the facility was pretty decent. The restaurant attached was definitely nice, and the food was very good. Our waitress was an absolute sweetheart, which was very nice.

This is my third stay at this hotel, and my least favorite so far. It was fine, nothing special. At first I was given a room on the 4th floor that was dark with a view of the drab rooftop air conditioning systems and pigeon poop. I asked to change rooms and was moved to the 12th floor which was better, but not what I had come to expect. I realized I didn't book the "park view" room like I normally do. That was a mistake. For only a few extra dollars the park view makes all the difference in how you perceive your stay at the Paramount. The room could've used some TLC, as the furniture was a bit worn, but the bed was comfy and it had a soaking tub which I used nightly.
This hotel DESPERATELY needs room service. They do have two restaurants in house and you can order food to go, but it's not the same as room service...
Otherwise this is a good hotel, though it's getting a little more pricey than competing hotels of similar quality.

Hotel is very nice but they only provided room service once for a 4 night stay and didn't do a thorough job the one time they did clean. I expected more.

Great room, nice soaking tub and shower. Nice restaurant and bar in hotel. Convenient to walk places. Unfortunate that they charge a destination fee. Can park in a secure garage 1 block away that is less than half the price the hotel charges.

We are a family of 3 with 1 teenager. We got the double queen room and it was super spacious. The staff was very professional and prompt with any requests. The hotel is centrally located and there are so many dining optipns. Kinokuniya bookstore and Nordstrom are literally across the street. The hotel only has valet parking so take that into account when booking so you will not be surprised by the final bill. For us, it was still very reasonable since we only paid around 1200 CAD for 5 days 4 nights stay - including the cost of valet parking.

I liked the location of the property. I didn’t like that there were some housekeeping issues in my room.
