Close to dorenbecher hospital
Honestly, just got put in a room that was run down. Popcorn ceiling was coming off in patches. The sliding door was sealed up with cheap caulk. When I checked the beds for bed bugs the mattress was definitely a older mattress ( looked like from the 80’s but could be wrong ) I could keep going but those were the major things that bugged me in my stay. But when I checked out and seen the final cost ( parking, all these extra fees) It cost as much as a holiday inn.

Okay location and the breakfast was fine but bad lighting in the breakfast hall makes it not that welcoming
The hotel was understaffed so we had to carry our luggage on a up a ramp which was not the best thing after a long travelling day. Also the staff were not flexible in the payment method at all.

Spacious room which was really nice. Things seemed taken care of and maintained. The pool was great. Parking available and for cheaper than other areas in the city. Close to a tram station.
The staff at night. We checked in at 5ish and the staff was less than stellar at night. We only had two towels in the room and there weren't any towels at the pool. We asked staff but the never got us towels. So, we had to walk through the lobby soaking wet and dripping water everywhere.

Good location
The TV wasn't working in our room. The manager (Billy) who came to look at it couldn't get it to work. He said that he'd take something off our bill, but when I checked out, I had to pay full price.

Breakfast was ok.
This place is very outdated and room fixtures are getting broken

Comfy beds & pillows, great location...

Comfy room. HVAC Worked Well. Good Amount of Outlets. Decent Price. Good Location. Room Had Unexpected Balcony. In Room Coffee Was Good.
1.) I don’t think the staff who checked me in liked me. She mentioned nothing about breakfast, check out time, or didn’t give me the cookie they always give when you check in.
2.) The photos show the updated rooms. I had an older room with old furniture. I mean, I don’t really care, it was a room to sleep in, it just didn’t match the photos.
3.) I understand Oregon is not in a drought, but why have toilets from the 80s that use multiple gallons to flush? Drought or no drought, it’s an unnecessary waste of water.

People shouted shrieked during the. night
Really got panicked..... thought crime was being committed......
Room approaches are so convoluted.....no one can rush out of room if need arises

They helped with us getting the right room and very friendly

Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast.
Parking fee. Not a safe place to leave the car. The night I stayed the back glass of 3 cars were shattered. The building is like a labyrinth, difficults finding your room. Staff in the reception area lacks of courtesy and good manners.

Comfortable beds
We were right by the doors and it got very loud around 3 am. Parking lot wasn't safe area. Multiple people got their glass smashed in

I booked three night stay and chose the nonrefundable option which I rea.ize was mistake but when I fell ill (I am73 and was traveling from abroad), I attempted to cancel my booking. I have stayed with you inpast years and always enjoyed your services and downtpwn w ow location. I am a Portland native e and attended PSU so I felt comfortable . I was told by your day manager Bobby that my request for partial credit would be considered and would respond in 24 hours. But nothing came of it. I have since spoken to people who tell me it's normal to be charged for the first night only in these cases. So more view reflects my dissapointment, This works a hardship on me. Sarah Robinson

Absolute nothing
The rude staff member that asked us to move our car then kick us out at 6.45 and was very intimidating it was disgusting behaviour he needs to be sacked and he said I don’t need this job yeh right so I suggest you employ better staff cause he was just awful with no people skills what’s so ever

Nothing
Everything
From the awful breakfast dining area which was like something from a campsite with no design or order to the setting. Ugly decor, not too clean, below par food for the price paid. This place is at best a 1 star hotel charging 3-4 star prices
