Clean rooms, friendly staff, comfortable beds. To make one's stay more comfortable, it would be great to have some drawer/cupboard space to unpack clothes. There were only a few hangers but no shelves to unpack clothes for those longer stays.

Property and accommodation was great however what I did find lacking was the fact that there was no drawer space for clothes only a a couple hangers. Perhaps switch some furniture around with additional drawer space for clothes would be a winner. A kitchenette in the bigger room would also go down well

Enjoyed the view from the Private Griffiths double room, out over the complex and restaurant. However, had to keep blinds pulled down if there were people walking on the pathways close by our room. Comfy bed. Heat pump was noisy at night though, as were the frogs in the lake!

Property well located to facilities and tourist attractions. Room was fair, but bathroom small and limited. Beds soft for those liking a cosy sleep, but personally I am used to a firmer bed. Lift was a god send for carting luggage, but having to park away from the motel room bit limiting.

The room was clean and good for our purpose. However, when we arrived late, we had already arranged for a key to be left in the safe at reception. We were given the code to open the safe, however when we did open it our envelope with the key was not there. It was late, it was raining and we had to wait about 15 minutes till I think it was the Asst Manager came and opened up reception where our envelope could be seen on the bench. We had to pick up family at the airport at 10.30 and we were settling down to sleep. One of us went outside to have a smoke and when he came back the lock was stuck inside it and we all had a go and trying to get it up. In the end we stuck it on the chain and since the door wouldn't close properly we had to lean a chair against it so no one would see it open. I just want to say that the Asst or Manager was very nice and did all he could to help us. With the door we didn't complain as it was 2am and we just wanted to sleep.

The property was very good, rooms very clean, with a laundry facility onsite and excellent parking. There were eating establishments very close by. It is very well located within Launceston, and provides quick access to the numerous main routes around the city. Really enjoyed my stay - Thank you!

What an amazing place to stay with a family! The rooms are great - cozy in size but the charm is lovely. The attached park is underrated too. Lastly, customer service upon check-in was too notch!

The room was really cold - even with the heaters on, the bathroom / shower was so small that when you showered the water would flood the bathroom floor and water would go over the toilet etc. inadequate glass/ yep to stop the water from going everywhere. The room was clean and the staff nice but the bathroom was a real issue.

Large shower with great water pressure. Reverse cycle air conditioner was silent and kept the room perfectly warm in mid-winter. Plenty of power points and bedside reading lamps. Everything spotlessly clean. Staff very friendly. Excellent meal in the restaurant.
