The downstairs area serves as a bedroom and an additional living space. Guests could move the two twin beds together to create a king bed. Two love seats and an additional TV allow multiple couples or families to enjoy their own space. The second bathroom is also located downstairs.

We had a small group of friends that have never been to Alaska and everyone had a great time! This property was the beginning of our 10 day journey into Alaska, and could not have started off any better. Property was "as advertised", well-equipped and up to date. Location was super easy to anything Anchorage. The only thing better than the property was Evelyn, who was very accomodating and super responsive.

We stayed here for a week and really loved this house. It was clean, everything seemed new, bedding and beds were great and host was very responsive and friendly. The house is also full of really nice decorative touches that makes it feel like a home instead of a rental. We had very busy days on our trip and enjoyed coming home and relaxing at the house. The couches are really comfy and the kitchen fully stocked so it was easy to stay in at night and enjoy ourselves. They also have a great game room in the garage. We highly recommend staying here!!

Lynette was one of the best hosts we've ever had! Very communicative and responsive and any issues that needed to be addressed, which were few, were done immediately. The location is great and central to everything one would need, and the house was clean, true to pictures, and beds were comfortable. Game room was a real plus for the kids! Thanks Lynette!!

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently located near shopping and the airport. Great for a family with teens. The game room was well used in our short stay. The hosts are easy to reach and very accommodating. The house is very well kept with comfortable beds and all the basics for cooking and bathing.

The communication and ease of check-in was great. Beautifully decorated without being cluttered. Plenty of great blankets for cuddling or extra warmth at night. The house is conveniently located. It was such a great place to collapse at the end of the day. There is no false advertising with this place. Great suggestions from Lynette for restaurants & tours. The water heater had issues and they were handled quickly. Plenty of space for all of us to have some down time. Absolutely loved it. We definitely recommend.

This property is the perfect place for families! We loved the game room as this was really hard to find in other rentals - it makes this one stand out for sure. In addition, the property was very clean nicely decorated, and had a lot of nice personal touches. The location was perfect for our visit - we were able to take several day trips and also be close to all of the necessities and the airport in Anchorage. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and in a nice neighborhood. The host was extremely accommodating and very responsive. We will definitely try to stay here when we go to Anchorage again!

We absolutely loved staying at the house during the New Years. It was magical and kids really enjoyed the game room. Plenty of ping pong time for our family. The kitchen is stocked with everything we needed for pots and pans, plates and silverware. We definitely used the coffee machine a ton as well. Thank you soo much for this wonderful property. We’ll have to come back soon.

This is one of our most favorite rentals we’ve ever stayed at! It was very clean, thoughtfully stocked and decorated. Our kids loved playing in the game room, which was great after a long day of driving down from Fairbanks. It was centrally located and very convenient, minutes from shopping, food, and our weekend activities. We look forward to staying here again!

We walked in the house and it was just like the pictures. The house is so warm and inviting. The owners have done some many things to make you feel at home and you do! The owner is very responsive when you ask questions. The house is conveniently located to about anything you need. We loved the place. Thank you!

The rental was just as beautiful as in the pictures. We were a group of six and the home was extremely comfortable and roomy. Everything was in “like new” condition.
We especially enjoyed the game room that included ping pong, foosball, and arcade games.
When I had a question to the owner, she responded immediately.
If staying in Anchorage, definitely recommend this residence.

We loved our stay here. We ended our 2 week vacation here and it was a great place to unwind and check out Anchorage before flying home. The house is decorated so nicely and has nice linens and towels and it’s very comfortable! The backyard is nice too. There’s a game room in the garage that is super fun for kids or adults. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. And the host was super responsive and friendly!

We had the pleasure of staying here for 8 nights in June/July 2023. The house looks just like the pictures. It was spotless and in perfect condition with great amenities and supplies. We were so pleased with all the closet space and drawers and hangers. When you come to AK, you pack for every kind of weather so it was wonderful to have the space to unpack properly.
The game room was the favorite spot for our teens. Ping pong, arcade games, foosball, ladder golf and darts added to the fun of our week. They even have a blue tooth speaker and aurora light machine.
We got in very late our first night and were so pleased to find coffee supplies in the cabinet ready for us the next morning.
The neighborhood was very convenient to everything we wanted to do and was very quiet and safe. I enjoyed coffee on the back porch every non-rainy morning. The sliding windows and doors were also nice to feel the cool breeze in the house anytime. My whole family agreed this house was a winner and helped make this one of our best vacations. We will be recommending this property to friends who visit the area too. Thanks Lynette!

This property was perfect for our family as we visited Alaska for a week. It was super clean and convenient to the airport, shopping and major roads to travel both north and south of Anchorage. The neighbor was very quiet and we loved having a home to come back to each night over a hotel. Honestly in searching for a place for us to stay this was one of the nicest we found to rent!!

We flew into Anchorage and stayed two nights at the house. We felt safe in the neighborhood, and the house was welcoming, warm, and comfy! We had everything we could have needed, including a snow shovel and ice melt for the steps. The kids loved playing in the snow and with the games in the game room. The beds and pillows were great too--made for a good night's rest!
We were very appreciative of the communication with Lynette. She was quick to respond and very patient with all of our questions about the snow and road conditions.
Zero complaints here. Would absolutely stay again if we ever make it back to Anchorage!

I have been looking for a place that I can come back to in anchorage. I travel to anchorage frequently and never quite love the places I stay at. I will try to stay at this place in the future every time. Usually I come with a group and we are always looking for a place with enough space. This place is perfect for that. My family and friends have a higher standard for the places that we stay, and this location will exceed their standards. I don’t want to recommend it because I want it to be available when I need it, but it really was lovely. Beautiful place and owner.

First time to Alaska and this was a great place to stay for our travels. Convenient to the airport but in a quiet suburban neighborhood. Easy access to trains or by car to get around the state. Place was clean with plenty of room for 5 of us and the host checked in regularly to make sure all was to our satisfaction. Definitely stay here again.

This was such a nice way to end a 2-week trip in Alaska. My husband and I spent three nights here with our family of four (two boys, ages 14 and 16) and my mother and father-in-law, so 6 total. We were visiting from Minnesota and Wisconsin. The downstairs suite setup was absolutely perfect for our boys. They loved the garage ping pong/foosball area and having their own TV and individual beds. The house was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable and clean. We all slept like babies. It really felt like a "home" and not just a rental. I personally enjoyed the cute and bright decor and what appeared to be local photography throughout the entire house. We kept eyeing up the backyard and deck, but the constant rain prevented us from using it. However, it was very private with all the surrounding vegetation. Future guests will enjoy sitting out there. We cooked, did laundry, visited local Anchorage attractions, ordered takeout, watched a little TV...and relaxed for the last couple of days of a very busy 2-week vacation. Also important, Lynette responded to VRBO messages within minutes of us sending messages, so you won't be left wondering if anybody is out there if you have questions. One final thing, the drive to the airport was a piece of cake, taking only 11 minutes. So if you're looking for a place to start or end your vacation, and you're flying in or out of Anchorage, I wouldn't hesitate to book here. You'll feel right at home.
