House 14 - Luxe Villa offers you absolute beachfront location with panoramic views of Geographe Bay. You are just a few steps from the water's edge and 1 km from central Dunsborough. This 6 bedroom (two with ensuite), 4 bathroom contemporary house easily accommodates 12 guests in roomy comfort and luxury.
With wood burning fire, reverse cycle airconditioning a heated spa and solar heated plunge pool you and your guests will be comfortable, whatever the season. Outside there are sun lounges, alfresco dining table and chairs and a fully equipped gas barbecue with sink, making entertaining a sheer delight.
Direct access to the beachfront allows you to take a leisurely walk into Dunsborough, or the other way to the Old Dunsborough boat ramp. For the more adventurous there is direct access to a number of more challenging walks through Meelup National Park and along the coast to Eagle Bay and beyond.
If you wish to bring your boat, the house has its own mooring in sight.
Facilities: 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, between 2 and 6 king beds; up to 8 single beds, sleeps 12.
Private outdoor heated spa and solar heated pool; Wifi (Acceptable use and download limits apply); Disabled access downstairs including a dedicated bathroom and wide doorways; Open Fire (Wood & firelighters supplied during winter months); Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning throughout; Spa Bath in both main bedroom ensuites; Large LCD TV with Foxtel IQ in both living areas; Surround Sound System in both living areas with Apple dock connections; TV/DVD in both main bedrooms, also with Foxtel; DVD in 4 minor bedrooms; Chef's kitchen with large range, gas cooktop and Dolce Gusto coffee machine; Double fridge freezers in kitchen and garage; Port-a-cot & High Chair by arrangement; Laundry with washer and dryer; Barbecue with outdoor kitchen by the beachfront; Table Tennis Table; Boat Mooring (Mooring use is entirely at the risk of vessel skipper/owner, suitable in good weather for vessels up to 9m LOA, 0.5m draft); Kayak and fishing rods; Lock up garage for 2 cars, outdoor parking for 2 more (Maximum 4 vehicles allowed on site)
