My sister's Cher & Kathy along with myself wanted a 'Sister's Weekend Trip' in Galena, IL. We thoroughly enjoyed the place we chose the moment we pulled up & walked in. 3 bedroom with a bathroom in each bedroom. The whole place was clean & homey feeling!! We definitely would stay there again!!

We had a wonderfully peaceful getaway from Chicago in this private, extremely comfortable and well appointed townhome. Being able to curl up in front of a fire at the end of the day was a dose of relaxing comfort. Galena is only a 15 minute drive away and you have your pick of restaurants and bars. We want to go back!

We were in Galena for a friends getaway weekend. This was a perfect spot to stay! It had enough beds for all of us, plenty of room and was super clean. I had trouble making the reservation because of the VRBO app but Bob was super helpful and quick to respond! We really enjoyed our weekend here!

This is a beautiful property. It is extremely well stocked and clean. We were 6 ladies that stayed. Plenty of room for all of us to relax and spread out. We cook some meals in and didn't need any extra pans etc. We go out during the day and play board games at night. It is very quiet and situated perfectly in the territory. I would suggest Bob's lovely condo to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend!

Three generations of girls from our family came together for the weekend and this was a perfect place for us to stay. The townhome is well-equipped and very clean. The owners provide plenty of information before our stay and were quick to respond with a question during our stay. It's very conveniently located to the Inn, Spa, etc.

It was a girls weekend to celebraye my 60th bday. Mom, Sis, and MIL. Perfect size for us. Well appointed, very cute. Owner very responsive with a minor glitch when the power went out in the neighborhood & had to do some resets on a few items. Highly reccomend.

We had a WONDERFUL time! Bob was an excellent host and very prompt with his communications. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoyed the three separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The indoor pool facility was perfect! The only slight downfall was the distance from the parking lot to the condo - it made carrying in our belongings a bit of a chore. The condo was meticulously clean and well stocked! We will be back for sure! We highly recommend!

The property was very well kept. We do a girls weekend every year in Galena and always stay in the Territory. We had a great time and the owners were on top of everything. There were 5 of us and we had more than ample space to spread out and have alone time if needed. The unit was meticulously clean and was extremely well stocked. We plan on booking again soon! What a lovely home. The house was immaculate and so cute and cozy. There was plenty of room for the four of us to spread out. We enjoyed a movie and a fire in the downstairs fireplace after a day at the country fair and enjoyed some wine and cheese on the deck. Bob was very responsive to our questions. I give this a 5 on all counts. The only downside was that it is a little bit of a drive into town and is a little scary driving in the dark at night. Would love to come back with my husband as he loves golf and hasn't played at Eagle Ridge.

This property was beautiful and exactly how it's described. There were 4 of us that stayed for the weekend and there was more than enough room - we didn't even use the family room area downstairs as the area on the first floor was so nice and cozy. The house was SO clean and we loved all the extra details - directions on how to use the tv and the fireplaces. I would definitely stay here again and bring my family next time as it would accommodate all of us and give us plenty of space. Communication with Bob and Mary Ann was the best I've received through VRBO so far.

This place was so wonderful! Our two adult children ages 21 and 26 had plenty of separate living space in the lower level to watch “their shows” or hang out separately from us after a day of activities. Bob and Maryann thought of every detail and left the kitchen fully stocked, as well as pool towels, an umbrella if it rained and even baby equipment if you bring a little one. Each room had a TV with instructions for streaming and Bob left swipe cards to get into owner’s club, which was very close by. (Not walkable - don’t try unless you are in very good shape to walk uphills). Super clean, plenty of beds and great deck for hanging out abd stargazing at night. We will be back!

We had wonderful time at this property! It was amazing. The wood setting was so peaceful. We were four women on a girls get away and found this house had everything! Fully stocked kitchen, clean, everything we needed. Close to town for shopping and sightseeing! All the amenities of the golf course! We will definitely recommend this house and hope to return! We spent a wonderful long weekend in this fabulous home! It was centrally located for us - we came from Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa. A perfect spot for a girl's getaway. After shopping all day in Galena, it was nice coming back to the home in the evenings and relaxing. The unit had everything we needed and it was very spacious. An added plus was the pool and walking trails. Would definitely recommend. It was also a pleasure working with Bob!

This was a great property for our girls weekend to Galena. Lots of space, very clean and the owners were great to work with. Fully stocked with towels and everything else you would need. It does take awhile to get to downtown because of all the hills/winding roads. One evening we took a taxi and it was $35. I would stay here again!

Our annual trip every Labor Day weekend brought us here this year. By far, this has been the best place we have stayed. My daughter and her three friends had so much fun using the lower level for their teen hangout room. We all slept soundly and had so much to do in the area that we wanted or just hanging out playing games was perfect. Bob was a pleasure to work with in accommodating our group. Both he and Mary Ann thought of everything that would be needed for a comfortable home away from home. Thank you both. We will lprobably be back!

We had a fabulous girls getaway at the Galena Territory. we enjoyed taking advantage of as many things as possible in our 3 nights here. We enjoyed relaxing in the house, on the deck, at the Rodeo, at the pool and owners club. We enjoyed shopping, dining and 4th of July festivities as well as Galena Cellers Winery tour. We would highly recommend 16 Farmstead in particular! Owner was very responsive with questions before our stay and the place was well stocked and cleaned! We hope the next visitors enjoy it as much as we did. Only regret: we wish would have had time to do more! :).
