About this house rental
Welcome to New Orleans! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this newly constructed 5 bedroom/3 full bath home offers modern comforts and luxurious touches. You'll still be right in the action with the streetcar right around the corner and surrounded by restaurants, shops, and attractions.
Here, we know how to live it up with grace and style. Come immerse yourself in the true experience, where white tablecloths still cover two-tops, the waiter knows your name and your preferences, while you listen to the lively city echoing through the streets and alley ways.
This perfectly curated space features gleaming hardwood floors, sun filled windows, and high-end furnishings and finishes. You’ll find the chef of the group whipping up wonders in the well-appointed kitchen including white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, adjacent to the dining table for 6. Every room in the home offers comfort and quality, as well as some tech enabled features such as Smart TV's (living room and outdoor), High-Speed WiFi, top of the line appliances, and washer/dryer on-site. Outside, you’ll find a fenced outdoor space, complete with a lounge area, BBQ grill, and dining table.
Make your way into the bedrooms and settle in! Each of the 5 bedrooms is outfitted with plush linens and bedding, as well as cloud like mattresses. The bedroom configurations are as follows:

Bedroom 2: 1 King Bed with en suite bathroom and patio

From beautiful sights, taste bud tingling foods, and vibrant live music, who wouldn’t want to visit?! We recommend using public transportation, including streetcars, buses, Uber or Lyft during your stay. For another fun way to explore the area, try Blue Bikes, a ride sharing bike rental all around the city. If you do end up driving in, there is plenty of street parking available near the home.
Upon acceptance of your reservation, you will receive a welcome letter containing all of the information you need to access the home and ensure your stay is a memorable one! If you have any additional questions, we are available at any time to assist.
You have access to the entire home, including our outdoor space!
We give you your space, but we're always here if you need us!
Stately neoclassical mansions, cool cafes, eclectic eateries and homey pubs line oak-shaded streets in the charming Lower Garden District. Handmade jewelry, local antiques and vintage Mardi Gras costumes are on sale at the monthly Little Flea NOLA market, while a stretch of Magazine Street has antiques shops and clothing boutiques. Tiny parks like Annunciation Square and Coliseum Square are local gathering spots.
Restaurants we recommend in the area:
Gris-Gris
Lula
Meril
