With over 200' of true sandy private beachfront (which is unique for the area), you'll also have direct access to great fishing, crabbing, kayaking, and swimming! It also has its own waterside crab house with TV, wifi, Refrigerator and sink to wash up after enjoying those amazing Chesapeake bay steamed crabs.
It has a fully renovated Main house, and a well-appointed guest house in addition to the Boat House, dock, pool, hot tub, fire pit, and gazebo. You'll never want to leave this hidden gem! There's an extraordinary amount of room for large gatherings of family and friends both indoors and out. Outdoors, you'll have Freightliner views of the Choptank River and an outdoor shower where you can rinse off the sand and fun before jumping into the newly built swimming pool with a lounging deck! Throw some steaks on the gas grill, located in the poolside gazebo, and enjoy supper al fresco. The crab house has everything you need for an Eastern Shore crab feast: a fridge, sink, stove, tables, and a TV for watching the games. Four kayaks are available for use. Rent a boat and dock it in the Boathouse!
In the main house, enjoy fresh renovations from the beautiful, well-stocked chef's kitchen to the entertaining areas with water views; you'll appreciate the elegant attention to detail. The first floor master suite includes a luxurious bathroom. Two additional bedrooms, a bathroom, and laundry room complete the first floor sleeping space while the second floor includes three more bedrooms, two full baths, a reading nook, and a balcony overlooking the backyard and river. A resurrected dance hall from downtown Cambridge serves as the guest house on this property, complete with the original names for each room. In addition to the three bedrooms and full kitchen, this is where you can play a game of shuffleboard, billiards or poker. Two more TVs are accessible as well as another washer & dryer.
The garage has been converted into a game room, entertainment space that includes a ping pong table, foosball, darts and plenty of tables and chairs.
Located a short distance from historic Cambridge, MD, you'll want to take advantage of the numerous points of interest, including the Harriet Tubman Museum and mural, and the Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad Visitor Center within Blackwater Wildlife Refuge. Cambridge has a variety of wonderful shops and restaurants, a local brewery, and a 5-star golf course at the nearby Hyatt Resort, where you can also enjoy a delicious meal or relaxing spa treatment. What more could you ask for? This property is absolutely amazing and one of a kind!
