This spacious and comfortable house is just a short 5 minute walk from the fashionable shops, restaurant and bars of historic Bath.
Comprising of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, sitting room and courtyard, the house has undergone a major refurbishment and has a light, airy, spacious, feel with contemporary style and all the creature comforts to make it a home away from home during your stay in Bath.
The space
The house can accommodate up to 18 guests in 4 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 6 single beds, 3 bunk beds, 2 double sofa/pull-out beds. Linen and towels are provided. If everyone requires an actual bed then 13/14 guests is the recommended limit.
The modern, fully fitted kitchen boasts and American style fridge-freezer and a Cuisinemaster double oven and 5 ring hob. Alternatively you can book a private chef to take care of the weekend’s or an evening’s culinary creations. The open plan kitchen/dining room has a large table which comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests with doors out to the courtyard. Inside the kitchen you’ll find everything you need for a fantastic dining experience.
Crescent Gardens has a 48” wall mounted HD TV, DVD player and iPod docking station. There is a second HD TV plus free WiFi is available throughout the property.
