Located just off Brockway Summit, this serene mountain escape is minutes from world-class ski resorts like Northstar California and Palisades Tahoe, the pristine shores of Lake Tahoe, and charming downtown Truckee. Whether you're here to ski, hike, dine, or simply relax, this home is the ideal base for adventure and tranquility.
Inside, you'll find cozy living spaces designed for comfort, including a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a fireplace, and large windows that bring the outdoors in. Wake up to the crisp mountain air, sip coffee on the deck surrounded by towering pine trees, and let nature inspire your next adventure.

The house is just 10 minutes from Truckee's dining and shopping scene, 45 minutes from Reno Intl Airport, 1.5 hours from Sacramento, and 3.5 hours from San Francisco. **Winter travelers, please be prepared for snow conditions by bringing chains or driving a 4WD vehicle. Parking areas and roads to access the home are plowed during winter months.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire property, including the deck, parking area, and all indoor spaces. The home features modern amenities, including Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You'll also have access to outdoor seating areas (summer months only) perfect for stargazing or unwinding after of a day of exploring. Parking is available for 3 large vehicles or 4 compact vehicles, with easy access to the house. During winter months street parking is not allowed by local authorities. All cars must fit in the driveway and be clear from snow plow machines.
