Me llevo un bonito recuerdo de estos días en el hotel Queen

Desayuno fantástico a elegir . El trato fue muy bueno. La ubicación y las vistas del hotel estupendas.

La conexión a internet iba lenta. Otros huéspedes de procedencia inglesa nos molestaron en algunas ocasiones y nos despertaron.

Wouldn’t be back

Location was lovely.

Stayed in room 43 and the sewers must have been broken, as all I could smell was a putrid smell every time I went into the room, complained the first day hoping to be moved to which I was told it was normal and the smell would leave. Which it didn’t! The staff didn’t change my bedsheets once, and in a warm country you tend to sweat a lot, staff serving drinks in the rooftop bar also were so rude when they seen the accent wasn’t local.

A very central clean & friendly staffed hotel

The breakfast was ok with a good variety of different food our room was clean but very basic there’s a lot of outside noise from a bottle recycling area

My personal opinion the rooms need updating

Weekend break.

This is a lovely hotel, not luxurious but is in a great location, had a double room that is OK for one be a bit of a squeeze for 2 very clean and great staff. Right next to tapas alley.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Best hotel in Benidorm, room 64 is just perfect for the view, and the hotel is close to everything you could possibly want to do while you stay there. The breakfast was perfect every morning and you can get it up until 11am so ya can have a lay in. The staff were absolutely brilliant and couldn’t help you enough. I had 17 nights and had a fantastic holiday, big thanks to all the staff 💙❤️

If you like to party then this is the location

fantastic location in the old down. Two minutes to the beach and surrounded by bars and restaurants

this isn’t a criticism. It had San Miguel on draft but another lager such as Estrella would be good 👍

Shame as it was a much needed break, but we ended up feeling more knackered lol . Not partying

The breakfast was fine. Not hot though but that's typical for Spain.

The bathroom was so small that you couldn't even get dried from the shower in there. To sit on the toilet you had to manoeuvre your body around the wash basin, and then when you finally did this you could actually put your feet in the front of the shower cubicle. Also if you want a good night sleep then don't stay here. Your above 2 lively bars which are going on until 2am then the delivery men start around 6am including the dustbin men. We had 2 bottle bank bins outside ours too. Shame because the staff are great. There is a lovely roof bar too.

Lovely short breakaway with friends

We enjoyed our stay at the Queens Hotel. we stayed there in June 2022 so we knew how the hotel etc is and what to expect. All was good, staff helpful and very efficient. Hotel is clean and breakfast good. hopefully return in 2023 see you soon
