Manager was echt zo lief voor ons en locatie was echt perfect alles was op loopafstand

Onze douche had volgens mij een lekkage en het water kwam altijd op de grond buiten onze douche.

We booked 2 twin rooms for 2 couples. Ianis, the manager of the resort, did everything to make us happy. He even changed one of our rooms so we could stay one next to another. Also, he added matresses for our beds so it will be more pleasant. And many more. I mean.. who does that? The visit exceded our expectations and I gladly recomand Sunny Garden Hotel. And my auntie was happy ^_^

It was an experience to be remembered; the people of Greece are very warm, relaxed, and welcoming.

I absolutely adored the service of the manager Yiannis and his assistant Angelica; they showed wonderful courtesy, warm welcome, and an experience to remember 🤗 Yiannis is the reason I shall return to this lovely hideaway, wonderful service!

It would be nice if the beds were a little more raised, and also the shower to have a glass panel to avoid water spilling across the floor.

A wonderful and homely place to stay

Yanis was so accommodating and helpful. They really go out of the way to make it feel like home. Not only is the place itself beautiful but it also is in a perfect location not far from the main town, and was just overall a lovely place to stay.

Best hotel

Everything was perfect, the staff was really friendly and Yannis made us feel very welcomed. The food was tasty and we even paid for the lunch. I highly reccommend this hotel.

Nice hotel and very very nice staff

The location is close to all the shops and restaurants but not too close which meant it was peaceful and quiet. The deluxe room was very nice . The staff was fantastic and helped us a lot. Moreover, the cocktails were delicious, highly recommend. The pool looked ok but we didn't used it. And the garden had delicious figs.

The food was not always on our taste. Wifi reception in some places or rooms is terrible.

Best place to stay in Zakynthos. Thank you Sunny Garden and Sunny People!

+ Yannis + Very Clean, daily in room cleaning service + Very nice Staff + Most of the guests were pleasant + Double Deluxe rooms which are renovated + Pool + Location,close to the beach, a 5 minute walk, relatively quiet area + Bar near pool, excellent beer, apperol spritz, cuba libre, etc + Food and chef was good, also one time we asked a special dietary meal preference and it was delivered in no time. You also have other Restaurants around to experience something different. + Both kids and seniors can enjoy + All from my group had only praise +++ Did I mention The manager ? +++ Yannis and Aggeliki who were always assisting to our every need. They made our stay to be an actual 5 star one. The saying is true, if you need anything while on the Island and beyond, Yannis can help and deliver. +++ We got helped with boats, transfers, taxis, food, recommendations, advices, island experiences, many more and a lot of discounts and benefits on site + other places!

Below are a list of some aspects that can be improved upon or could come to some issues to some others. They were not deal breakers to me or to our group but could be of some nuissance to the next. They had very little or no impact and many are solved with the newer rooms. Also some might be easily fixed ? ( A few wifi repeaters and some new toilet trigger mechanism ? And the list would be max 2 items) This is why the facilities score is 4 out of 5 and everything else is 5+ - Mobile reception in some places or areas - Wifi reception in some places or rooms - No reception of both Wifi or Roaming signal - Google/Cosmote/Wind in some rooms ex Family / family room. For Business Travels or Kids that require streaming services, or for Syncing on Whatsap with the group might be a hustle without any reception on both wifi/cellular data. - Some toilets in the rooms had issues with water reservoir activation ( Button hard to press for children ) - Some rooms had issues with water pressure, nothing major - The special room card for electricity, hard to charge a mobile phone or a laptop when out of room - 6 eur per day for AC extra - Leaving, we didn't like leaving and now we're just trying to find reasons why we should stop crying

A pleasant stay in a comfortable room but more food choices would have been nice .

Location was good and property was in a quiet area. The staff were very pleasant.

The food catered to a wide range of tastes and there was choice at all mealtimes but it was geared up for all inclusive guests.

- Modern clean room with balcony view, - Good pool area - Lovely food all at meal times - Excellent staff who couldn’t do any more for you - Location to everything was great, bars, beach etc

- Shower pressure and heats were a bit all over the place - Poor shower facilities on check out day

Fabulous and Friendly

The location was close to all the shops and restaurants but not too close which meant it was peaceful and quiet. The apccommadion was large and airy with an option for air conditioning at additional charge which was well worth it. The food and drinks were fantastic. By far the best thing about this property is the manager, Yannis, and his team who went out of their way to help us enjoy our holiday by arranging taxis, trips and giving good tips regarding activities. Nothing was too much trouble and he is also a very good cocktail maker. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to go back again. Next time we would stay in a deluxe room.

The shower in the bathroom did not have a head height setting which made it very awkward to wash your hair.

Bad experience. Not recommend AT ALL.

When the manager gave us the room we booked (twin bed standard), toilets were dirty. They cleaned the room once we reported the problem. But the harm was done. We didn't feel safe in this environment. We ended up not staying in their hotel. Even though, we were charged for the 4 nights reservation. We called the owner for explanation. She denied anything went wrong with our reservation and hotel room. We told her we will review what happened. She said she didn't care, she will say we were just crazy liars. Okay. Well, we don't recommend this hotel. For us, it was not the promised paradise described by the photos and other reviewers. If you still want to make a reservation, be careful the AC system and safe are additional options. Also there's no mosquito net on windows.

Superb

We had a great time at Sunny Garden Hotel, the room is spacious and clean. Yannis was a great support during our stay, always smiling and helping us to rent a car, get a taxi, and making his famous cocktails for a great price! I recommend this hotel to anybody who wants to be close to the city centre and the beach, but not so close that tourists or music would disturb you. THe breakfast was good and you can choose from a variety of foods, including cold and warm dishes.

I can't write anything bad about the place, the extra charge for the air-conditioning was surprising a bit, but it was in the booking description, we just didn't see it. It is 6EUR/day

Giannis, this is the key

The hotel is value for money, with good breakfast and lunch as well. You can enjoy your cocktail in the hotel in the pool as well. GIANNIS, the manager was really friendly, welcoming and always really helpful for facilitating us for renting car/boat in really good prices. Also, he was introducing us the best options for doing activities and visiting places in the island. Finally, the hotel is 7 minutes from the centre of Zante, hence the escape for a drink in the town was easy.

This must be the most friendly and welcoming hotel I have ever stayed in. The breakfast is excellent. The manager of the hotel is so nice that he tried to help us for everything we need. Walking distance to many restaurants, bars and the beach. Hope could be back again.

A great vacation.

We stayed in the deluxe double room. The room was very nice and spacious, exactly like the pictures on the website. The manager of the hotel, Yiannis, was an incredible host. He was there everyday to take care of everything and is the kindest man greeting you when you come and leave the hotel (he also makes the best cocktails, especially his famous mojito, and loves chatting:)). The pool and food were great, as well as the location. (five minute walk to the beach or town centre.) We really enjoyed our stay in Zakynthos and would love to come back to Sunny Garden hotel!

Nice hotel with amazing staff

Great location, close to good restaurants and close to a beautiful beach. The staff is fantastic. Everyone is really nice and welcoming. The place looks just like the pictures, nice balcony and pool.

The bathroom needs an update, it doesn't have a proper box, which makes difficult to shower without flooding the entire place

We have just stayed at Sunny Garden and have to say the fantastic welcome by manager Yiannis and the lovely Aggeliki made us feel part of a new family. Yiannis cannot do enough for you, his company is brilliant and goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy in every way, he also makes fabulous cocktails! Our room was modern and very comfortable, we have no complaints and cannot fault it. Would highly recommend this charming hotel and would love to return again. Huge thanks Yiannis and Aggeliki xx

Modern rooms. Spotless. Staff really friendly.

No wardrobe or draws to put your stuff. Shower floods out into the bathroom which isnt then good for toddler running around.

First of all Yannis the hotel manager was wonderful and made our experience to be very pleasant! We lived in a newer building and really liked the room - it was clean and cozy. We were provided with shower gels, shampoo and soap, towels changed everyday. Pool was clean and warm, always can find a sunbed for yourself. As we had half board we ate breakfast/dinner at the hotel, so breakfast were delicious, however not every dinner was to our taste, but there are a lot of options to choose. Moreover, cocktails Yannis made were delicious, highly recommend! Thanks to hotel, it was a pleasant experience.

The cheap rooms are more than ugly. Room was dirty, hair on the floor/ bathroom even on the beds, the room often smelled like toilet. The beds are a disgrace, not comfortable at all. There was no proper shower. Bad WiFi. Air Condition is not included- you have to pay extra- total rip off ! Therefore I had to keep the windows open - and had heaps of mosquitoes in the room. As well the pool area is loud as well at nighttime. Nearly no COVID- measurements , except plastic gloves at the buffet. No one is wearing a mask (properly), which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Worst hotel I have ever been. Had to change the hotel during my stay. Can’t recommend it at all!!!

Hotel is very cozy and welcoming. Yannis is like a family. Staff was very friendly. Yannis helped us to plan trips, rent cars cheaper and he was such a great friend for us! Swimming pool is nice and warm. Drinks are great. We were so lucky to stay here. Bless you all!

Yannis and the Team were fantastic, all made me feel very welcome, nothing was any trouble. Great recommendations where to go around Zante, and great service from the team day and night. I was travelling alone and again the hotel made feel very welcome. Definitely 10*
