Excellent stay, great rooms, heated indoor pool and spa, lovely restaurant. Will be back!

Large room with King bed, very comfortable. Open sliding door to lovely view, pond and grassed area. Nice walk-in shower with large rain shower head, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Tea, coffee making facilities. Have stayed before will stay again. Heated in-door pool was great and a spa. Also, dry sauna. Had dinner in restaurant, was very nice.

Air conditioner made a high-pitched noise, informed reception, they will get maintenance to check it.

Stay was ok, but very poor facilities and service. Would definitely not stay there again.

No cleaning throughout stay. Floor was disgusting by the time we left. No topping up if tea, coffee, amenities. Fan in bathroom didn't work and no mirror on room. Asked for clean cups, as no cleaning and so all crockery used with no facility to self clean, had to go and get cups, plates, etc myself from restaurant. No coffee facilities before work hours and nothing in room. Toilet was not clean on arrival. Asked for separate invoices to obtain work rebate for days paid for by work. Was told it wouldn't be a problem, then wouldn't provide separate invoices when checked out. No response to communication and had to email multiple times.

Yes was nice and friend, place was nice clean and comfortable

shower drain overflowed when we had a shower.. no big deal though just an improvement. Also the pool spa area could open at 6.30am instead of 8.30 for us early starters

Great location nearly walking distance into the main town of Mudgee - we were offered an upgrade to try their new GLAMPING options - great views

A return trip

The breakfast was great with a lot of selection. I am pleased to see the rooms upgrade to modern ones especially the bathroom.

The only thing would be is to have the couch in the room facing the TV as there was only a single chair that faced that way.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were always smiling.

On a Friday night they had no dining room available ( they’d sent the chef home), and consequently no room service. This is a motel that advertises itself as a resort and advertises room service until 8pm. It honestly is trying to manage on too few reception/ bar staff. They smiled all the way through and always offered an apology. Really a place this size and so far from town should have an alternative menu to feed its customers if they can’t afford to keep their chef on. Additionally they could warn customers and provide links to take away that will deliver out to their “Resort”. There are no facilities in the room to make yourself dinner (plates or knives and forks). Keep customers advised that dinner will not be available if they are advertising that it exists.

Was a convenient location and clean, spacious room.

Room was clean, spacious and balcony area was great. Pool as heated and the kids loved it. The indoor heating was great to keep up warm at near zero temperatures.

Beds could have been more comfortable. At night, the pipes got a bit noisy in our room when others were using the shower. Air conditioner was noisy at times.

The food was shocking. The first stay I had 2 entrees inedible. This time I had a steak I gave it to the dog it was fatty and tough. Plus sourdough grilled it’s a wonder I didn’t break a tooth it was so overcooked

Great location, room lovely and comfortable. Our restaurant experience (the food) wasn’t as expected.

The restaurant is not what we thought. The prices were on higher end and menu sounded great so we were expecting an amazing meal but the food wasn’t that good and some of it was cold. The fire place wasn’t lit and it was slightly cold inside, I believe that had some heat coming through but it didn’t heat up the room.
