Good hotel, staff friendly but not very helpful

The breakfast was very nice / the best we had in canada, quite new rooms

The airport pickup would have been a 40-60 minutes wait. There is only one car and it just left the airport. I regret that we only called once we had our luggage as requested. Recommend to call directly after landig. We took a Taxi. We had to leave the hotel for a fire alarm. No compensation or later checkout has been offered. We were travelling with a baby so this was quite stressful Everything was clean except for the carpet in the room where we found nails from previous guests.

Good value for money.

Nice suite and comfortable bed.

Carpet in bedroom was worn at the door way and needs replaced, it’s was the only thing that made the room look tired.

Everything was absolutely perfect!

The helpful frontdesk staff let us do early check-in which was much appreciated since we had an event to go to at 2PM. The room was amazing, I was in love with the spacious bathroom. We didn't end up using the kitchenette since we were only staying the night but they had everything you would need. The pool and hot tub was amazing and we ended up staying a few minutes later because of it oops. Breakfast was the best I've had as far as free hotel breakfast too.

Good find - near the airport

Travelled for only 4 days to attend a family wedding. Needed a hotel close to the airport. Room was large, bed extremely comfortable, kitchen/kettle facilities. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Staff friendly. There was a gym/pool which I didn't use. Only downside was with jet lag I was awake early and there was not a lot of outdoor walking space neat the hotel - but the streets were fine and safe so I used them! Was not expensive. Great value for money.

Do not recommend. We have had nothing but a hassle trying to receive the damage deposit that we were made to pay twice d

We enjoyed having a kitchen and lounge space in our room.

When we arrived they had lost our booking. It took ages to sort out while I was holding a baby and late in the evening. The light switches were confusing as there was a “main” power switch that no one had told us about. We decided to an extra night and were made to pay a second deposit. Despite the room being left in great condition, we have never received the deposit back. We have been told it was released to us but they refuse to prove so as requested by our bank. It has been three months of chasing them around. Calling from over seas. Sending emails and direct messages. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Modern clean and a wonderful break

Bright clean rooms equipped with dishes, herbal tea, coffee. Complimentary wine in evening. The breakfast was outstaning. Fresh cooked food and lots of selection. Breakfast buffets can be disappointing in hotels but this was the best breakfast I ever had in a hotel. The rain shower was great nice temperature and pressure. The 24 hour gym was the best of any hotel. Large and spacious and lots of modern equipment

I didn't get a great sleep due to screaming coming from another room in the middle of the night. The clientelle if the hotel seemed less respectful. It is up to guests to return dishes to the cleaning station but dirty plates of uneven food were left all over the table. Although the staff did their best to clean up, they were overwhelmed. Dishes was falling on floor breaking. And there were no clean tables to eat at cause the guests that wouldn't clean up after themselves. The staff made their best to make the breakfast experience enjoyable but the guests acted like animals without any consideration of others. The doors make a lot of noise when they close so if people staying in nearby rooms that can be noisy.

Loved that we got upgraded for free! We just got engaged so it was a wonderful plus !

We had to leave at 600 for the airport so we missed the breakfast that was unfortunate

Nothing, I will never stay here again. This hotel is terrible. Do not stay here

Everything the staff are terrible, expect to be charged twice for your room. When you call for a refund they wont be able to help you.

Great location, very helpful and friendly staff, very good breakfast, clean room, coffee and tea all day, the fruit and cookies with cucumber water through out the day

I liked that the room we had was large.

The toilet in our room was not working properly. we tried to fix it ourself and after several calls, the front desk manager came and added wd-40 and eventually it started working. they tried to move us to the ONKY ‘same’ room available but it was half the size. the breakfast space was crowded and not a good space to accommodate a full hotel.

Pretty good except for room size and tap water in the bathroom .

Breakfast was excellent . The 2 breakfast attendants in the front were excellent , polite and hard working, very welcoming.

Room is too small , bathroom tap not working well , just drips of water but since we’re only staying for one night we didn’t bother to get your attention.

I booked a king suite with a pull out couch, I was travelling with my adult daughter and her husband. Our room did not have a pull out couch, they offered a cot for an adult?? My daughter and her husband had to pay for another room and although they got a discount it was still $200.00 more than we should have spent.

comfortable and excellent breakfast, staff around the 9:00pm shift time of night were excellent. kind to me and my dog.

shower hand held nozzle was in usable as it was spraying out the handle bottom not the head. - the hot and cold water were mixed up on the shower so it was freezing at the H for hot level and vice versa. - there wasn’t a lot of green space for pets to walk the dog

Great hotel and good quality .The underground parking and room orientation was great. Close to Italian restaurants.
