Staff were extremely accommodating and responded promptly to any request.
Excellent location. Quiet, clean room, super comfortable bed and big pillows.
Not ideal for a British visitor! No proper tea making facilities, milk or fridge. In the heat my own milk went off in one day.

The location was excellent and the beds were comfy.
The room was too cramped for 3 people to stay in. There was only one foot of space between one of the beds and the bathroom door. The closet is poorly designed and can't accommodate more than 1-2 coats at a time, plus it uses 1/3 of the space for a useless ironing board and iron (who irons anymore?). In addition, the room was sadly lacking a microwave or little refrigerator. I suppose I should have seen that in the room description, but given all the hotels I've stayed in, I assumed that was the default, to have a microwave and fridge.

Location, nice staff, comfortable.

Nice helpful staff. Great spot within walking distance of NYU and Village spots, High Line, etc. Good subway access. Comfortable bed.
LOUD. Could hear every conversation of other guests, doors, elevators and tons of street noise as well. Hard to sleep. On 5th floor so maybe higher would be better. Facilities clean but falling apart. Toilet paper holder kept falling off. Lights by bed can't be turned off independently and you had to unscrew a bulb to sleep. Had to crank on shower faucet handle.

Nosso voo foi alterado, nos deixaram fazer checkout tardio, todos muito simpáticos e atenciosos!
O quarto poderia ser um pouco maior, mas nada demais!

The bed was very comfortable! Love the pillows! Had just the right number of blankets on it!
The room was simple and clean. It's small but considering the cost of hotels in New York - this is a great value. I had just come from another hotel very close by that was very dumpy but it cost the same as Four Points- Four Points was a HUGE step up.
There was construction going on during my stay. However, since I stayed over the weekend, the construction did not impact my stay much at all, but it did impact the view.
Like most buildings in New York - the walls are thin, so you will hear people in the hallway, but that didn't bother me much at all.

Bed was comfortable (and they want to change them...)
Restaurant was closed the first day of stay. Phone was off most of the time, I had to go to the Web to find the general number of the hotel, information in the room was minimal. In one of the days the room was not cleaned at all. Elevators were most of the critical time used for moving cleaning staff and their tools, not to mention changing the mattresses in a critical time for travelers to check in or out. Extremely expensive for the quality, not revealing that the hotel is in transition, "breakfast was ridiculous, minimal space in the lobby, unfriendly staff, etc.

This hotel is right around the corner from my company's office in New York, which is why I chose it but in the future, I will be happy to travel a couple of subway stops.
There is no fridge in the room and apparently, the hotel only has two available for someone like me that has medication that needs to be kept cold, I had to get ice from the basement twice per day which was just silly. They take a deposit of 50% of the cost of your total stay and then it takes forever to get it back. When I asked about this, the front desk staff were very rude and told me that "every hotel does this and you just have to live with it".
Won't be staying here again!

Location is Great you can walk to Soho, Nolita and the Village plus Tribecca, the Village and Chelsea plus the East Village and Union Square, but the Hotel is old and dated and windows very old, it was very cold at night and no extra duvet. Impossible to sleep at night with traffic noise outside because of windows and because ofthe old fan by the bed making so much noise, it was quite chilly in the room since it was March and outside temperature was minus 6.
Rooms not well clean, not vacumed. One day they did not come to clean at all. Towels changed daily but bathroom not cleaned daily.
Bed comfortable.
Staff nice and polite, but rooms very noicy since the Holland Tunnel to New Jersey is 2 streets down the Hotel.
The windows definately must be changed by the Hotel and extra duvet should be in rooms and a fridge is essential for price you pay. The fans for heat and summer AC must be replaced with new ones. The hotel could be lovely since the place the location is great. I would definately go back if only the windows and fans and cleanliness are improved.

The location of the hotel was quite good, the room was also big and adequate. And it was also clean.
The biggest problem in the hotel was the heating system. It doesn't heat up enough and it starts and works very loudly. you wake up from your sleep.

Location was excellent. Very helpfull staff members.
The shower was very tricky - took us a minute to gey hot water running every day.
