The staff were very professional and friendly. I love the smaller size of the hotel. The roof top bar had a great view.
It’s a little off the beaten path, on the edge of SoHo, but the location is also very quiet which we loved

Wonderful location, nice view, comfortable bed, great staff. Definitely, we will be back soon.
Everything was great for us and our dog

The location is fantastic, a cool rooftop bar and cafe / restaurant downstairs. The staff could not be nicer
Nothing stands out ...I had a lovely stay

We loved the location, available street parking, and the comfort of our room.
We were disappointed that the bar/lounge was not open during our stay and that the coffee shop in the lobby was not cleaned well.

Kleines, aber angenehmes Zimmer. Betten sind sehr gut. Sehr gute Lage.
Gym sehr klein

Our room was perfectly clean and charming. location was perfect for us, a 15 min walk to the Highline and within 2-10 min walk to an array of restaurants and 10 min walk to SOHO shops. We were in town for a show on Broadway, so we walked part way, stopped for lunch and then cabbed the rest of the way. I never like to stay in Midtown because of the crazy hustle and bustle, so the Hotel Hugo was a warm respite on a quiet street but near anything we needed.
My only disappointment is that I specifically ask if the beds were 2 queens as this was a girls weekend where 3 of us were staying together - the beds are small double sized, only slightly larger than a twin. That is something to take into account. Granted it is nearly impossible to find 2 queen bed rooms in NYC. The

The location, Room was nice.
Taking the elevator after 9pm was horrible because everyone kept coming up and down from the rooftop, also I hated that i was out all day and when i came back at night time the room was not clean.

Food at the hotel restaurant was really good. I loved the granola and pasta
Phone in room didn’t work so couldn’t order room service, gym didn’t appear clean and super small. Would be better if we could have table service in the restaurant.

Had everything we needed for a great stay! Roof top was fun as well

This hotel was beautiful! The room was fairly large, and our second room (after needing to switch) was even larger, and both rooms had a nice view of the river. the lobby was nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again!
The only downside to our stay was that the mini fridge in our room broke after the first night and our leftovers spoiled, but the staff were quick to rectify the issue by giving us a new (nicer/slightly bigger room)

The 2-level roof top bar was great. There were days that one or both levels were booked for a private party, but we were able to enjoy the view and great cocktails a couple of times. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was clean and worked well - which is not always the case in Manhattan. Not so far of a walk from the Village or the High Line.
Street sounds - but only when the windows were open. We did that for one night when it was cool outside, which felt great, but wow - so loud even on the 12th floor! With the windows closed, however, it muffled the street sounds pretty good.

The staff were very kind and accommodating. The location was good, close enough for a quick to walk to Soho, Chinatown, Greenwich Village but also a little secluded, which was nice when wanting to sleep.
The bed was uncomfortable, could feel the springs in the mattress. The pillows were also uncomfortable. In the room I could hear the elevator rattle going up and down all the time which was annoying.

we got upgrade deluxe king room, and decent coffee shop with recommended avocado toast for breakfast; front office staff very nice, also the person who is in charge for front man (bell-boy/concierge)
no sound proof room, we hear jet flushing toilet from neighbor’s room; Keurig coffee maker did not working well; got mineral water Fiji about 300ml when check-in only (by front office staff); housekeeping left the “working in progress” outside handle door even-though we back to hotel after midnight, looks they were not finish their job yet; not by walking distance from central city.

I loved the rooftop bar and the view. The decor was also pretty nice around the hotel. Bed was comfortable and the location was great only if you planned to stay around soho. If not, pick a place closer to the city center.
The hotel itself is nice but not breathtaking. The bathrooms are sort of tiny and they were clean, but not spotless.

clean and nice location . Rooftop was amazing!!!!
We booked through booking.com and we had 2 rooms. We were told that we only had a coupon for 1 room for breakfast. We were under the assumption that we were to have breakfast for the both rooms. That was disappointing.

it took them over an hour to get a hair dryer and both time a it was broken. I had to go to somebody’s wake with wet hair in the cold. staff was not helpful at all. I didn’t get any refund

The staff was really amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. They also have excellent coffee. It's location is practically the Westside Hgwy, but by quiet.
The gym was dirty and the equipment either didn't work or was on its last leg. The rooms are miniscule, so pack light! It's a little out of the way, but in good weather, probably not such a big deal. The facilities were just dark and never seemed recently vacuumed or cleaned.

This hotel is just beautiful. The coffee shop is gorgeous and peaceful. The food was okay and they had different selections. Mirrors everywhere which I also. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and attentive. A hidden gem in my opinion in terms of vibe. Love it.
Breakfast is included but we only got coffee. Never truly understood what was included, nonetheless we ordered food a few time at the coffee and it was good. I also enjoyed the free coffee. The room is a bit small but is was okay. Didn't truly bother me.

Great location and the coffee shop was wonderful
Just looking at the lobby you’d think it was a nicer hotel then it actually was. Room was very basic and the bar was crazy overpriced for poor quality service.
