• The proximity to the Target Center for the Tournament.
• The helpfulness, especially of the valet staff, in helping us get maps and giving us advice about how to get around town.
• Kieran's, Glueks, and the Red Cow are all great restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.
The room that Booking.com reserved for us had this description: "Featuring free toiletries and bathrobes, this triple room includes a private bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and slippers. The spacious air-conditioned triple room features a flat screen TV with cable channels, a mini-bar, a tea and coffee maker, a seating area as well as city views. The unit has one bed." A few days before our trip, I called 615-340-5780 to ask about the specifics of the room, since the "triple room" cost $100 more than the standard. I left a message that was never returned. When we arrived at the hotel, the first room we were given did not have a city view, slippers, bathrobes, or look like a "triple room." I returned to the desk, showed the man at the desk the screen shot of the amenities the room was supposed to have, and asked him if they had a room like that. He switched our room to the top floor. It had a city view, but it was the same size as the previous one. He said we were being charged the regular room rate. We were fine without the bathrobe, slippers, etc. We just were looking forward to a bigger room in which to spend our six days at the tournament. I don't know if this is a Booking.com error, or Lowes, or Hilton's. The only other issue we had was with the $54/day charge for the valet parking, especially since we only took our car out once during our stay. Otherwise, the our stay was very nice.

Great location, generous room size, and super comfy beds. We got the corner room on the 9th floor with great views of Minneapolis.

The staff was amazing! Once we arrived we realized we were very far from the concert venue we had traveled to Minneapolis for. The front desk and valet were wonderful. They made arrangements for transportation for us. Not only did they get us transportation, they arranged drop off and pick up at the front door. Perfect way to attend. No worrying about finding an uber.
No complaints!!! nothing really to improve

Location is great and it’s beautiful. Friendly efficient staff and especially love texting the staff instead of calling. I always get great customer service at this location
Wanted a later check out but understand it was crazy the weekend i was there

Location was good
The elevator break up was unnecessary. I understand you want to showcase the bar on the 4th floor but having to take 2 elevators is annoying.

Didn’t eat here, a little pricey. Loved the location!
Maybe some bottled water in the fridge.

The beds were soooo comfy and the pillows were amazing. There's a TV in the bathroom which made us laugh.
Wish the garbage bins had bags in them! We kinda left it a mess bc there were no garbage bags. Kinda wish there was more space between the bed and the TV but yall can't really do anything about that now.

Location was excellent. Room was very clean.

The proximity to the places we wanted to go.
Some of the furniture needs replacement such as the chairs in the dining room and the desk chair in our room. Also the faucet in the bathroom was loose.

Clean, great views
Poor customer service. Apathetic staff. No complimentary bottled water or water station. No coffee until 7 & 20 minutes late both days there. Lobby Bar closed am & pm.

Location is great, very comfortable beds, but would have loved to be able to lower the temp in the room.
We were so sad that the Starbucks that was right next door had closed. It would have been nice to be on a higher floor with a better view!

Great hotel, extremely comfortable bed, nice view of Minneapolis, near the downtown and the train

The location is amazing. It is right downtown. It is not only within walking distance of Target Field and Target center, but close to a lot of excellent bars, restaurants, and some retail stores. My wife and I had stayed here before so I wasn't surprised. The rooms a big and nicely furnished.
It is on the expensive side, but that is OK if you get what you pay for. I did not. I stayed for three nights, and they didn't really make up the room either day. The first day I they did come into the room and made the bed really quick and left towels. That is OK, my brother and I are not slobs. But the second day we stayed they didn't come at all. When I called down to ask why they said they were busy and short staffed. We ran into a few people staying there and they had all said their rooms were made up, so... Then the refrigerator in our room didn't work. When we called down about they didn't respond until the last night of our stay. And when I tried to raise my concerns to anyone, they just kind of talked about something else or made excuses - no apology or relate. I am not one to complain a lot and try and ruin someone else's day. I felt like 2nd class citizen for basically half my stay. For a company that prides itself on customer service they really dropped the ball during my stay. After this visit I would have to say I would never stay at a Lowes property again.

The location was great, we were there for the ball games, close enough to walk. There were some good restaurants close by.
The fact that there was nothing in the room to say where the ice machines were and when I found one one the sixth floor it was not working, went the the front desk because I couldn't phone he told me to go to the 14th floor(there was ice there). When I asked at the front desk if there was anywhere I could buy some snacks the person just said they didn't know. I walked around until I found a Target store on 9th.

Location was absolutely perfect!! We walked all over. Hotel was beautiful, secure and exceeded my expectations. The room was comfy and the shower was amazing.
I can't really say there wasn't anything I didn't like. They need to pay a little more attention to making sure to dust on top of the bed frames. Otherwise nothing else.
