It was close to where I needed to go.
My room was far from the elevator so it was a trek.

Good location, nice room and friendly staff
A lot of street noise, foot traffic in the hallway was loud and could hear people in room next to and above us

Location, clean, quiet for sleep.

Location
Website said had parking for 25 dollars a night there was no parking had to find of sites parking had two nights and two rooms could figure out we had two rooms another staff came looked at it and saw right away had two rooms had the do not disturb sign and house cleaning knock on doors at 930 in the morning anyways and front desk could make change for a 3.50 water I gave them 4.00 dollars just all around poor staff

Aloft is in an absolutely ideal location for anyone attending an event in the immediate area (i.e., at US Bank Stadium, the Guthrie Theater, or anything else in the Mill district).
The bar and some of the amenities at the hotel have unpredictable open times and the staff seems to be less apt to accommodate visitors if there's not a big local event (like a football game).

Location, room, bed, shower
Breakfast-having to pay, Saturday morning’s reception person-not friendly. Crappy red wine at bar.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The location was good.
The staff were SO rude! We were there Friday, Nov 10th until Saturday, Nov 11th. Out of the 4 staff members we encountered, ONLY 1 (the night shift at the front desk Friday night) was nice. The bartender was super rude. We felt like we were bothering her. I didn't think it could get worse, but when we checked out the morning of Saturday, November 11, 2023, the staff member at the front desk was rolling her eyes at us and making us wait for her as she cleaned keys. She even gave us someone else's bill printed off. She was rude to everyone there, including someone who called. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Great location near the stadium, theatre, and a trader joes. cool room design.
No hot water in lobby in the AM for making tea/coffee, carpets could use a good clean

Location, room
Hotel charged me for the room by mistake because they did not see that I already paid for the room via booking so additional communication was needed and it was not that easy because at the time I noticed that, I was already back home. At the end, hotel made a refund and everything was ok.

Patio outdoors was pleasant and the Mill district on the river fascinating.

Location, location. Nicely located for what I like in the Twin Cities.

Commons area in the lobby was fantastic. Loved all the games available. The small breakfast service was great for the kids.

Great location for biking and walking, clean, modern facilities, close to several nice restaurants, able to secure safe parking, close drive to lots of tourist sites as well
Would have loved free breakfast but not problem had free coffee

Location was good for our purposes, nice shower and comfortable bed.
Asked for a quiet room and ended up on Washington St side of building that was extremely loud from street noise. Very difficult to fall asleep. Have stayed here several times over the past few years and this time it felt less inviting and looked a bit worn.

It was close to the stadium.
Almost everything could have been done better. We arrived 20 minutes early to our three o’clock check in. We would’ve been there earlier but we called about parking and evidently there were no more parking spots left, even if you had a room reservation. So, we had to park almost a mile away from our hotel. When we arrived at 2:40, we were told that there were no clean rooms ready for our 3:00 check in. So, we had to sit and wait in the lobby for our room to be ready, even though our reservation was made 5 months in advance. We were attending our concert and wanted to leave at 4:30 so we had to do our make up and get ready in the hotel lobby. We got into our room at 4:40 and were able to quickly change and leave. We then didn’t arrive back from the concert until 12:30 and went straight to bed. So, we paid an astronomically high hotel rate ($560/night) to park a mile away, wait two hours to get into our room, to get sassed at by the workers and yelled at, and only using our rooms to sleep. It made our entire trip extremely stressful. I am not going to recommend this hotel to anyone if they have an event that they are attending at U.S. Bank Stadium.

Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, sweet lobby, delicious breakfast (not free - but super reasonable) and loved the decor!

I thought some of the amenities were nice, like the hotel bar and the pool table. The bartenders were very hospitable, and friendly. The bed/bedding was nice, clean and comfy. Towels were fine.
The place just looks tired and kind of worn down. The front entrance looks very dirty and tired. The room itself was not super unclean, it just felt like the carpet was dirty and the nothing seemed overly clean.

we loved the hotel! It‘s located nicely in the Mill district, the staff is super friendly and helpful.
limited breakfast options, but other than that nothing to complain :-)
4.1
Great location for a trip to the Guthrie. Hip style is quirky and fun from the usual hotel.
Said they served breakfast and I think I paid extra through booking.com for it.... then morning came and we went down to find it was just their point of sale amenities and a bit steep of a price with a single muffin being over $4.
