Location very nice, comfortable and clean rooms.

The location and ambiance was outstanding. Room size very large. Very clean. Staff very friendly. Their system was down when we arrived, but still checked in with relative ease.

Was very disappointed that had to pay for parking and $30 too for the night. Guess that's the cost of staying at downtown. Breakfast variety was quite limited compared to what we had at Hyatt Place Chicago (spent the night before). Washroom size was small and congested compared to room size. The bathroom glass door wasn't balanced properly so would not lock. There was no microwave.

Room was very clean

Staff let HUGE group of teenagers in. Later sat. Were up level 3 banging in doors. Cursing. Hot tubs were 1/4 empty. Beds were NOT comfortable at all. Parking garage is made for Hobbits

Overall is only ‘ok’. Said the receptionist that the parking is $28, but it gets charged $30

Good size room in a decent location on the Skywalk downtown.

Room was a great size. The pool area wasn't that great. The breakfast was big but average. It was accessible from the Skywalk.

Pool area was pretty small and didn't seem like the cleanest water. The garage is super tight and expensive. More options for eating nearby could have been better.

Rooms and breakfast are great. Staff needs more training.

Breakfast was exceptional!!! Rooms were clean and nice

Staff were not super friendly. Had neighbours having party all night, all my family could not sleep till 4am which was unacceptable. They had music so loud that one wall between us did not help at all. They then started fighting and throwing things into the wall on the other side of which we were trying to sleep with three kids.

My total cost was $191.25, but Hyatt deducted $259.89 from my Visa credit card, including 2 amounts: Eligible spend= 28

Great downtown stay

The room was spacious with a desk area which was especially nice for our 4-night stay. Walking distance from the Target Center and US Bank Arena are a huge bonus. The wifi was excellent and the fitness center was much appreciated.

The air conditioning in our room dripped water and made the floor wet, but otherwise the shower was great and the bed was super comfortable.

Breakfast was always on time and has all contents to get you well started for the day.

Everything about this hotel met my expectations. I had wished for lower charged extended checkout time, which of course was offered me but for a fee almost half my daily room rate.

We loved it here! Best value in Minneapolis.

The room was perfect, we loved having two spaces. The beds were comfy and the breakfast was surprisingly awesome! We enjoyed the pool and never had to wait for elevators. Friendly vibe from other guests too.

Even with no maid service, I wish we had supplies even outside our room each day. And it while be great to have a trash bag.

It was an ok stay. If I were to stay in the area again, it would not be this hotel.

It was a nice building. The room was a nice size to accommodate my family.

The extra charges that were not clearly expressed. Took three days of requesting to receive cleaning services. Cabinets were very dusty and we found a needle on the bathroom sink.

Like a modern “Palmer House” in some ways, with nicer, newer rooms, and some great art, but not enuf

The view! The bedroom with a separate living room / work desk. The shower! Having an extra blanket and super nice pillow in the closet. The safe-box. The staff/— both front desks guys were exceptionally helpful and chill. Thank you!!!

The parking garage!! Make little business cards with the level name on it that people can pick up before they get on the elevator. 😁

Das große Zimmer war super. Die Betten waren bequem und der Ausblick war auch toll

Das Zimmer hat nach altem Zigarettenrauch gerochen. Aus der Klimaanlage tropfte ständig Wasser. Die Lüftung im Badezimmer funktionierte nicht. Das Frühstück war die reinste Katastrophe!

Great location within walking to most attractions and close to transit

Way overpriced for a hotel of discomfort, with the only redeeming quality being Breakfast.

Breakfast was fantastic. Location was perfect for the reason for the trip.

Sadly, the room was not comfortable, the couch was hard and scratchy, the bed was hard and so were the pillows. From a hotel of this cost, I expect to sink into softness and comfort.

Easy check in and check out. Breakfast was more than plentiful. It was very quiet.

Really everything was great. We had a king bed and our son stayed with us on the pull out bed. It would have been nice to be able to close a door between the two rooms, but we managed just fine.

Too expensive to be so disappointing

The only thing we liked was the location to our concert venue.

They didn’t have any hand soap - they ran out and told us to use the shower gel to wash our hands. They also said they didn’t have anyone to bring us up a few things we asked for, such as plates and cups - we had to go down to the front desk. The windows were FILTHY - we paid extra for a city view and you could barely see the city because of how dirty the windows were. Also, you have to pay $25 for parking? That should be included in the price of the hotel. The staff wasn’t very friendly when we asked about it, either. The breakfast was incredibly mediocre and disappointing - the sausage was cold and there was plastic in with the fruit.
