Bed bugs BED BUGS

Absolutely nothing.

The room was dirty and full of bedbugs. Had to leave and find another hotel to sleep in.

Rien car je n’en ai pas profité

La suite était très sale et mal entretenue. La réceptionniste a pris des photos et a appelée son patron. Ils nous ont donné des draps neufs et nous ont dit de les mettre nous même. Ils n’avaient pas d’oreiller de recange et seulement deux draps ordinaires pour nos deux lits et sofa lit. On a voulu être remboursés mais ils n’ont pas voulus. On s’est fiés que la réceptionniste a prise des photos était approuvée que la chambre n’était pas propres. Donc, on a contacté booking. Com qui nous ont dits qu’il réglerait le problème et on a quitté l’hôtel immédiatement. On est retourné chez nous à qu’âtres heures de route

Very disappointed that it falsely claims to provide breakfast and then does not.

No breakfast even though the booking says breakfast included. just coffee, juice and breakfast bars.

it sucked and I won't be back

staff was rude, didn't understand that I had added another night, staff banging on door for us to check out even though I had another night then on last day had booked late check out but still banging on door before check out time,room was dirty,bed had mold and sheets didn't fit, kids running down hall making too much noise

They always have rooms available, price is cheap and during my two stays, I found the place to be decently clean!

Accessibility is the best part! Good deal for the amount they charge !

Needs improvement in the ambiance! Looks a bit outdated.

I liked the 4 corners location but close to Rumball Terrace. I grew up there so its fine for me but would likely put others off. Room was clean and pleasant.

Parking lot is very dirty with building materials, garbage and debris all over. Looks like they gave up on maintaining any landscaping. First impression pulling into the parking lot is a bit sketchy.

We requested main floor, no steps. Our room had 2 flights of steps. Breakfast was very poor

Once was enough

Location was easy to find. No bugs which I was very happy about.

The mold on the ripped curtains, the beds are very "used" as they sank in the middle. Also, the sheets are very thin, you can see through them, and ripped. Bathroom ceiling had "stains" I won't say what they looked like to me.....check pictures attached (please feel free to zoom in)

There was a bed spring sticking out of the mattress. Scratched my daughters leg. Check your beds guys!

Good for the cost.

The entrance was nice. You can feel the age of the building, but I like that. The beds were comfortable! Coffee was good.

Breakfast was all carbs. No protein (except pb for the toast). Toast, cereal, and waffles. No fruit at all. Our non smoking area had a weed smell every day.

The staff were friendly

Dirty bathroom. You can tell it wasn't cleaned in awhile, toilet had a thick layer of dust and so did around and behind the toilet, shower had a thick layer of scum I was able to wipe off with my fingers, 1 towel for a big family room, no extra toilet paper, no sheets or anything for the pull out couch we had to wait almost 2 hours late at night to get some clean sheets for my son, overlay blankets were stained, small chair in corner was all stained, desk chair was all ripped, when we opened up the pull out it was full of dirt under the couch, room definitely wasn't vacuumed in awhile, broken window that made alot of noise in the wind all night, no fitted sheets on bed just a flat sheet that did not stay on the mattress when you moved. Overall, I would not stay here again. When you have to use your cleaning wipes from your car to clean your hotel room that you paid good money for, it's not a good sign. The lobby was clean, and breakfast was ok. Overall, I would never stay here again....Also, housekeeping never came to our room to do anything during our stay. We don't care about not making beds or cleaning up since we did all that ourselves, but our garbage was overfilled and we needed more towels and toilet paper. I give up on Windham all together since this is not the first Windham hotel that has disappointed. Super 8 and Windham all together has lost our business. Nice polite staff but if I'm going to pay for a room for 2 nights it would be nice to have a clean room. Not asking for a perfect room but a clean room. We were already so overwhelmed by our very stressful weekend we just sucked it up and cleaned up ourself but like I said will never here or any windham hotel again. Not looking for a refund or anything just hopefully you can do better for your guests.

I didn't like how when I asked her towels they put them on the floor outside my door under the bed was disgusting and they're rude

Superb

I liked the area of the hotel since it was familiar to me. I am a former resident of Sudbury.

Only negative is that my wife has a bad knee and I wasn't always able to park close to an entrance.

Bad experience

Nothing. Very disappointed.

The fan in the bathroom was hanging and the staff did nothing to fix it. There was lots of noise and couldn't sleep. I wanted to check out and cancel my remaining nights and they charged me a second night as a penalty. That is unacceptable. They are thieves and only care about money and not about the client. I will never go there again. Beware about preparing on booking.com. You lose money that way. I'm disgusted with them.
