Have stayed before and would stay again

Location perfect. Close to restaurants and shops Breakfast was very good..lots of variety

Thermostat is hard to regulate. Room was a bit cold

Location .. quietness

Had to be moved to second floor as first room flooded in bathroom.and I had an elder that is confined to a wheelchair.tjought also we would be getting medical rates as it was a hospital appointments for my elder..for the amount of money spend will I be recommending.. definitely not .

Great spot to stay in Sudbury

Great selection for the breakfast. Lots of choices for my picky toddler. The room was clean and the bed had great support for my back.

The air conditioner is positioned to shoot air right at the bottom of the bed. When it would turn on, we'd get cold, when it would turn off, we'd get warm.

way too expensive for what we received. I have stayed at Air BNB where we had a whole beautiful house for almost the sam

the location was great

the bed was extremely uncomfortable. the bed looked like it had been slept in before we even checked in the first day. the air conditioner was so loud and vibrated so badly that it made sleeping very difficult. as a result we kept the temp higher than we would normally just so it would not kick on during the night. which made sleeping horrible along with the lumpy mattress.

The pool is simple, but very clean and bright and well-heated. Breakfast was good also. Room was clean.

The hallways are not clean looking, hallway carpets are loose and worn, someone could easily trip and fall. The beds are not very comfy, and adjoining room noise is highly transferable.

breakfast was horrific eggs were awful…round sausage was awful, oatmeal like soup, banana couldn’t peel… have a picture… no gluten free bread which I would have appreciated… there was nothing we could eat accept yogurt, muffin (husband) and granola… had to buy breakfast out… lady there didn’t remove plates or clean tables till breakfast was over… we had to wipe off crumbs from table … she.was on her phone in back the whole time… when I asked for help she responded immediately…

The continental breakfast was great! The pool was great fun!

My only suggestion would be to have weekend hours for the boxing day (or other stat) sitting for breakfast.

convenient location on a drive west was clean, bed comfortable breakfast was good, liked pumpkin spice waffle mix, had omelette, sausage, and hash browns for hot food

The hotel, and services were especially good for the north, from previous experiences.

But for a breakfast mix-up, everything was satisfactory, especially the concerns, efficiency and respectfulness of the hotel staff. The view from our fifth floor room of the surrounding vicinity was a nice treat. The TV was of excellent quality with sufficient programming options, which is not a given with most places.

The breakfast was good, enough, but we did not get the gluten-free breakfast Booking.com confirmed we would get, the hotel saying "Booking" was in error, but, I'm disappointed the hotel doesn't rectify that situation with Booking, as having a health issue is an important thing to what we needed and wanted. We would have prepared ourselves for what we were hoping for, otherwise, like, bringing out own gluten-free breakfast items. Everything else was great.
