We were told our room was ready but when we went to our room, they were still cleaning it. We had to head out anyway so that was ok. When we did ger back later on (10 pm), parts of the carpet were wet. The carpets in the halls are quite worn & stained and walls are scuffed & damaged in areas. Staff was friendly

Our stay overall was good. The only issue we had was someone knocking loudly on a door around 5 am for about 20-25 minutes which woke us from a deep sleep.

Good value hotel for around the $100 mark. Condition is very tired and definitely needs some room upgrades. The restaurant attached seems to be overwhelmed when busy overall OK if just looking for a no-frills placed quickly crash for the night.

Most of the eating options were closed, lighting outside of hotel was near non-existent, people who were obviously long-term residents were congregating in the parking lot, and the area around the hotel is filled with trash and needles. Inside is very rundown.

The room was dirty, found a chicken bone on the ground, door had yellow streaks all over, mold in shower, beds were hard, carpets stained and dirty, corners not vacuumed in a long time, hair in bathroom. Waited 40 minutes for hotel clerk to arrive at the front desk.

The hotel was absolutely awsome. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Made it feel like home. The room was just as the pictures showed. Definitely staying here every time I visit family.

I felt staff could have told us where the ice and pool was upon check in. The whirlpool was out of order, disappointing. They did replace fridge promptly that wouldn’t close.

Average Motel quality, staff were friendly and nice . Only issues were power outage during the stay and only 1 elevator for the entire Motel very overworked and at times the wait can be long.

No shampoo in room, had to ask, usually there is nice pump bottles now adays but not here... not enough towels, had to go get more Had to go to lobby from basement to get pool towels. Hot tub broken, apparently for quite some time No adjoining rooms available at all in hotel. Made it hard when we were 6ppl , had to get 2 rooms because they can't accommodate 6, and then had no adjoining rooms. Ughhhh! No coffee in lobby available Just smaller things but they made the stay a bit frustrating

Front counter staff were very rude! As i was leaving sudbury i got a call from them asking me if i was checking out, i explained to them that i already had so they just decided to hang up on me. It actually made me laugh but was very unprofessional. The hot tub is covered and the pool was very dirty i actually saw some very disgusting white substance floating around. I won't be staying there again.

My air conditioner kept making a weird noise when I was trying to sleep. A lot of tv channels are blocked off and you can’t rent any movies on it. I got a “junior suit” but it wasn’t very different than just a regular room. Wish there would’ve been a little kitchen area. There was also no sheets or blankets in the room for the pull out couch.

The staff were the only pleasant part of the stay. The moment we got there and every time we went in and out people were smoking in front of the doors cigarettes and other things. There was noise all night people partying in the parking lot. The room smelt like wet dog and we discovered the carpet was soaked still from having been washed, it was still wet in the morning, was not able to open the window it was broken and black mould was growing, also mould in the bathroom and something in the freezer. The sheets I was given for the pull out couch did not even fit. I was offered a room with 2 double beds but needed the 2 queens and pull out couch would of moved hotels but that point it was 9 pm with small kids and I tried a few places and nothing available that we could make work. I should of read the reviews better and avoided the whole situation Hotel would of refunded me but I booked through Expedia waiting to hear and hopefully it comes through

Room was very dirty (food on the floor when we arrived, stains on walls, stained blankets, yellow stained towels, moldy shower curtain and bathmat). Was not worth the money spent. Do not recommend.
