Great staff s*** guests

The front desk lady in the morning was very kind and friendly she was honestly the best part of the place

There are some harassment from the other guests and a lot of screaming and yelling from people outside also the bathroom light did not work in our room but that was neither here nor there

THE ROOM WAS INFESTED WITH ROCHES AS SOON AS WE TURNED ON THAT ROOM LIGHT. ROCHES ALL OVER THE WALLS THE FLOORS THE BEDS

+ One entrance inside directly to bedroom + Available coffee arrangements + Available desk and chair + Nice shower + Great lighting

- Integrated hair dryer doesn’t work properly - No hand soap or hand sanitizer - No shampoo for showering - Non-dairy coffee creamer should not have said “Contains Milk”

The super queen beds, the bathtub, close to a pharmacy and supermarket

Persobal smoking, and the smell entered my room. It would be nice to add a coffee maker to the room.

first room our bathroom was filled with baby cockroaches, took an entire day to get us moved to another clean room. still found several bugs but not as bad as first room

Good A/C in summer. Great hot water in the shower. Nice staff

Had to go look for towels and toilet paper every day. Ended up buying our own. Heavy cigarette smell in the room at first.

The room was too warm. The heater was not working and I had to open the door several times at night. It was too hot. The room were very hard to find.

the room was super dirty, sheets and cover dirty with blood, floor was full of ants we had to ask for different room and the second room was still not the cleanest, to much money and not clean and the chair all ripped

the room smells like weed so bad that you can’t even rest felt unsafe in the night the room was very dirty the bed covers unsanitary floors sticky the bath tub had sewer in it
