It was close to the shops, beautiful decor and very clean! We were greeted by Nikko who was very friendly and helped us to book a second night. The porter Jason was very accommodating. He gave us suggestions for restaurants, shops, attractions. He always greeted us with his warm friendly smile!

Room, welcome bottle of champagne - thank you!
Toilet broke on the morning of my wedding :) Had to relocate to get hair and makeup done.

Great location. Friendly staff. Nice touches such as a rose on your bed at night from house keeping.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and lovely,
all of them from maids to valet to waitresses.
The room was quite comfortable and quiet and cozy and clean…
Nothing really, except a strong smell of cleaner stuff in the hallways but maybe that’s to do with keeping up with Covid etc…
The location was perfect

Location and staff
I was surprised when assigned the cottage outside the hotel building. I felt like being misled. I wished it was clearly stated on booking that the booked room was in one of the small houses in the back of the parking lot. Had I known that, I would not have booked the room.

Location was great bed was comfortable
Room was a musty smell and the carpet was not great. Windows were unlocked and wallpaper was coming off the walls

The pool and hot tub. Plenty of towels. Bed. Pleasant staff.
The room was a bit airless and the windows small so it remains dark. Furnishing altogether a bit old and dated.
No USB plug for recharging and none the guest can borrow either when trying to get one from reception: the virtual host in the text saying we can. the hidden charge for wifi was unexpected to add onto the considerable room price.
The sauna not working.

Niagara on the Lake is a beautiful setting. The hotel is conveniently located in the Town with plenty of parking available to the guests.
I was not aware we would not be staying in the actual hotel itself. There are additional "buildings" that were renovated to match the aesthetic of the Prince of Wales rooms. These are essential just ranch level apartments converted into as many rooms as they could fit. We were literally attached to someone's apartment. It felt very disjointed and disconnected. If I wanted to stay in some random person's apartment, I would just book an Airbnb. We were celebrating our one-year wedding anniversary and wanted the stay to be special and this room was anything but. To be honest, my recommendation would be to eliminate the separate building rooms. I can't imagine anyone would have been satisfied with one. If you're not going to eliminate them, you should tell someone that they're staying outside of the hotel building or offer it at a reduced price.

The hotel was located in the heart of downtown NOTL. The hotel and room were quiet and clean.
There were no activities on site and it was difficult to find anything in the hotel (no signage).

Ambience and facilities were very good, the spa was awesome.
When I booked the spa the agent told me I could use the pool and hot tub once I was done with the massage therapy, but when we went to the pool & hot tub it was closed for repairs.
We went to Queens Landing, to enjoy the pool there and we tried to use the sauna and didn't work... It would have been really helpful if the spa booking agent would know the the pool was closed...
Even after finishing the massage, the therapist told us to go to enjoy the hot tub & pool...

The location is perfect, very convenient private parking, , stuff is very welcoming and helpful. We liked restaurant Nobel. Great food and amazing stuff. Special thanks to our waiter Noel.
Charming place, Victorian atmosphere , but the room and bathroom looks very tired and lacking some simple room amenities. It was luxurious many years ago, but not anymore. Definitely overpriced and needed renovations.

Beautiful charming hotel.
Our suite which we upgraded to was very disappointing. Awful decor, gloomy, carpet was creased across the room,, nothing like the images in their gallery of luxury suites although we saw some beautiful rooms whilst wallows the corridor.

What a beautiful place! Loved the location and parking was perfect and convenient. What a wonderful, classic place. Very well maintained and just beautiful accommodations overall. Everyone was very nice and accommodating and they left me a beautiful rose - what a nice touch. Thank you again for a wonderful stay, wish it could have been longer.
Nothing - enjoyed my stay.
