The location was fine. It's not exactly walking distance to anything fun but it's close enough to some nice areas of the city that you don't have to spend an arm and a leg on an Uber. There is a lot of parking. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room smelled of old cigarette smoke, very intensely. I assume the hotel used to allow smoking. The room reminded me of a motel with a tiny bathroom sink, and old school bath/shower combo. It was fine but I could have gotten the same accommodations with free breakfast at a Holiday Inn for the same price instead, and will probably do so in the future.

The safe was broken and they told me none of the safes work in any of the rooms. They said we could use their safe. I took two laptops down and they they said they don’t fit. They warmed me not to leave any valuables in our car.
Received “clean”towels that looked like they had old skid marks on them.
Lots of sketchy ppl around the hotel as it has a small pub/vlt

bed - nice and firm .... just right!
Had a fridge & microwave
Coffee ..... too little... only made 1/2 cup ... needed to be stronger. (not enough grounds in package)

The room was nice but the staff that night May 4 @ around 11pm she said there was no toothbrush and toothpaste available. I and my husband was so disappointed it's our first time to lodge in a hotel without those very important aspects that a hotel should have had provided to their guests. In the morning, the Filipina lady name Regel was nice and very accomodating.
We did not have toothbrush available, no water in the fridge. Breakfast not included.

Unusual!!
Shower head pressure extra weak!

The room was clean and had everything we needed.
The shower leaked. When you turned the bath on the shower head was dripping quite bad while the water was filling up the bath.

I found the beds to be too soft but I like extremely firm mattress. The breakfast was good. The rooms were very clean and staff very friendly and helpful .
We asked for some bedding for the sofa bed and never did receive them, that was the only thing I was unhappy about.

How friendly the staff was and how prompt they were with any questions and concerns. The room was beautiful and the perfect size for our family. Staff also understood our emergency and our reason to check out early and were excellent.
There was no freezer for our frozen food and the ice machine on our floor wasn't working.

Room was nice, staff were friendly, guests were friendly too.
The bed was too firm. I woke up with sore ribs

The hotel history.
You would think when a couple is staying for a wedding anniversary that the hotel would do something special. Not this place. We stayed at a Ramada for our last anniversary and there was a cheap bottle of champagne, chocolates and a room upgrade. This was also done during the pandemic. I think this place just wants the money.

Beds were awesome. Breakfast was great, well priced. Staff was friendly
Well I like to use the tv for the music channels at hotels but the tv remote didn’t work. Also the shower valve was not working properly and I couldn’t get nice warm water.

everything…very antiquated yet modern. felt like I was staying in a palace
the bed was too hard for me

Everything was good enough except the location of my room and the midnight hallway load conversation that woke me up after a long day.
The location of my room was besides the noisy ice and vending machines.
The small under counter size refrigerator in the room was so noisy that I had to turn it off to sleep.
And then a couple people in the hallway at 1:48 in the morning started talking loud enough that woke me up again.
