Disappointing, expensive and noisy

Great location.

The reception staff were mostly useless and incompetent making adding additional nights more difficult than it needed to be. The car parking is very expensive $30 per day for guests meaning a 5 night stay adds quite a bit to the bill. The quality of the rooms are poor, light from the hallway could be seen from all around the door which may explain why I was woken in the early hours of the morning (2.30 - 4am) every one of the 5 nights I stayed here by people talking as they walked down the hall. Despite all of this, I must say that there were some of the staff who were exceptionally helpful and who I would highly recomend

Good value but meh otherwise

Pool was great. Staff at the pool was great. The inside property was out dated.

The price of food is outrageously high. We paid less on the cruise for seafood than we did for a hotdogs. The inside hallways could use a refresh. Chipped wood frame and not enough towels.

Hotel was nice and clean and cheap - would of been a perfect stay if water in shower was warm or hot

The rooms were fine - clean and modern enough , bathroom was a little tired and could do with a re vamp. The shuttle to the airport was great as this was free and it came every 30mins … The breakfast was good, from omelettes , cereals, fruit and yoghurt and also pastries perfect to fill tummy up before a flight.

The morning of checkout I had to wash my hair with cold water , this was at 5:30am we phoned reception and they said they were looking into it ….. either way I still had a cold shower (fine if it was 35degrees) but it wasn’t and we had also put a dinner on our room so to be honest for the inconvenience I would of thought they would say we will take $20 or something of price of room , when you book a hotel you expect to have hot water … I think I had read this in other comments but thought that any water pipe problems would be fixed

two day stay before flying home

Good Breakfast, The bar staff were very polite in the cove bar, The food menu could do with an update daily

We were not happy that we had to pay 10 USD for internet a day even after joining the Hilton Honours reward scheme which advertised that it was a FREE service and clearly not. I spoke to the front desk and they just said that the website is missleading so I would expect a refund of my 20 USD for the two days wifi but im sure the Hilton will not do this, make sure you join the Hilton Honours scheme before you go to the hotel.

Stay somewhere else.

It's a beautiful location.

To pay over 200 hundred dollars there was no microwave, refrigerator in the rooms. The rooms were not clean. This property should have been 125 per night. Then the hotel shuttle driver Enurado demanded people tip him, man please he was hostile.

Nice hotel. Good location. High overcharges. Wi-fi is unnecessarily difficult to connect to.

Nice location. Nice view. Large comfortable room. Clean. Good bus from the airport.

Signing into the internet was unnecessarily difficult. The password was actually a promo code which was confusing when logging in. It is a full day room charge to stay overtime.

Preis Leistung passen überhaupt nicht!!!

Achtung neu: kein Zimmerservice mehr täglich!!! Nur noch an festgelegten Tagen . 3 x die Woche!! Keiner macht mehr die Betten und keine Reinigung täglich. Unvorstellbar in dieser Kategorie. Unvorstellbar!!! Habe ich noch nie erlebt und bei diesem Preisen.

It was overall okay.

I like how luxurious it was

I didn’t like that it was super expensive and was not allowed to bring food by the pool. They were trying to force order from their diner. Which was expensive too. Me & my family spent close to 5k for these rooms and couldn’t bring outside food to save money. & the rooms did not have a refrigerator or microwave in it.

Decepcionante y caro con fácil acceso al aeropuerto de Miami

Muy buena ubicación por su cercania al eropuerto de Miami, el servicio de transporte al aeropuerto muy bueno y de suma utilidad.

Las instalaciones comunes están muy mal mantenidas asientos rotos, falta de limpieza, pero la habitación es peor alfombra rotas, tapizados rotos la puerta del baño no cerraba todo totalmente sucio y deteriorado por el paso del tiempo y la falta de mantenimiento

Well located, great view of Miami and close to great amenities

The location is ideal, the pool is lovely and the facilities are good!

It’s a bit dated and the windows etc were so dirty it was hard to enjoy the view!

Não usei Café manha pois o mesmo não estava incluído diária; mas tem opções acessíveis. A localização é TOP menos de 10 minutos do MIA lugar lindo com lago em volta . piscina externa bem quentinha; TRANSFER para MIA cada 30 minutos

Do preço , não é um hotel barato , do café manha não estar incluso nas diárias mas tinha opções e eram acessíveis. O estacionamento é pago a parte.

Sólo tiene una bonita vista a la laguna con el downtown al fondo y el aeropuerto al lado.

Es un bonito hotel, estuve hace 10 años pero la calidad de las habitaciones ha bajado. Me tocó una habitación que estaba demasiado alejada de los elevadores, una manija de la puerta de ducha rota, la cabecera de la cama en cuero descascarado, no tiene la apariencia de "bueno" por las calificaciones que tiene. Me dejó mucho que desear. El parqueo no es gratuito.
