Clean and convenient location
There was no hot water for a shower and the room was expensive also I was unable to use the tv because even though I paid premium the television was dependent on casting or mirroring from my device rather than the hotel actually providing any service and I was unable to make it work

Not much except location
The front desk clerk failed to find our second reservation and I was told it was cancelled by booking.com. That was not true. I ended up having to pay for another room and then was chatas a no show by booking.com
It was a disaster. There was a giant cement pole right beside 1 end of the bed which you had to crawl around to get into the bed on one side. The space between the wall and the pole was about a foot and between the pole and the bed was about 18 inches. It was extremely difficult to get into and out of the bed, especially at night, in the dark.
The room was very small and very sparsely furnished. The bed was not comfortable and I was promised a room with 2 queen beds and instead got a room with 1 queen bed.

Other than the location not a lot!
Hotel extremely dated and long overdue a refurbishment
Having a captured audience is not an excuse

Kunne gjerne vært frokost tilgjengelig.

Location to intermodal station perfect.
I only stayed here for convenience value and ambiance does not exist.

Expensive but very convenient
The on-site restaurant (Vienna) automatically added 18% tip to the bill and the asked for another tip!
Not both hot water in the morning
Noise from other rooms, noisy air circulation.

Very convenient location to reach without leaving the airport. Since we were only staying for one night and we were taking a cruise the following morning, we could easily walk to the area for our transport to the port.
Locks had been changed on our floor and we were given the wrong type of room card. Normally, we wouldn't have been bothered, but we had arrived after 1 AM and were tired, the extra back and forth to the reception desk wasn't appreciated. The room appeared to be designed for handicapped travellers (especially the shower), wasn't what we required and we were just too tired to ask for another room at that point.

Localização e conforto.

No tenía desayuno incluido.

The location is convenient.
Dirty. Filthy. Not properly maintained. Tacky. Too many scrapes, scratches and holes. A bad paint job throughout as if a child tried to paint. Bad odor and innumerable amounts of large dirty stains on carpet. Heater did not work and it was cold. Very sketchy looking. I didn’t feel safe or comfortable. Felt like I would get robbed or kidnapped. A sex trafficking type vibes. The staff looked suspicious. Only one clerk looked professional and well groomed. Clerk said property is being renovated and if so why charge $273 for that trash. Others were paying $180. Description of bed was inaccurate. It was not a queen. It was definitely a full.

The location right in the airport is the only good thing about this hotel.
Dirty, poorly maintained.

The location is perfect for an over night stay if you are transiting on elsewhere after landing at Miami International AirPort. A ‘quick’ passage through MIA is impossible as it’s so vast, so a connecting flight needs to be several hours ahead of the arriving one, or stay here and travel on the next day.
The restaurant was both expensive and average, and with the concourse non-airside restaurants, offering little more than gut luggage, our unintentional two night stay (late change by us in our booking meant we couldn’t get a next day flight) was difficult. A trip to Miami Beach was a return cost of £110 by cab but a day at the airport was not an option.

Convenient but a little pricey. Some rooms need some upgrades.
we stayed the day before our cruise and the day after. We were in a room on 3rd floor the day before and it wasn’t very nice at all. There was a lot of hair on the the walls of the shower like it was never cleaned. But on the way home from our cruise we were on the 6th floor and that was nice. You need to do something about the televisions in the rooms they don’t get any channels. Absolutely horrible!

Staff was very kind
The bed wasn’t too comfortable

It was in the airport terminal.
TV was not functioning properly during a playoff game. Wake up call never came. The price was expensive and the place needs painting. It reminded me of a north slope Alaska work camp. More like a dormitory than a hotel.

Only hotel in the airport
Extremely expensive for such an old hotel with very little amenities

Close to airport.
Just about everything.

great location
nothing really good price for what you got- outdated, small room just to sleep

The room was a small one at the end of the isle with no window, I felt like sleeping in a casket. Bed was worse of my life. I have stayed there other times and never had this awful experience.
Put the owners to sleep in that room

conveniently located in Terminal E
humidity and smell in room
I was told not to use Booking if you want a decent room.
Hotel blamed Booking for not sending money although I had prepaid 3 days prior to arrival

I liked that it was at the airport which made it very convenient
The room was dated felt dirty. The lampshade was broken and hanging at a slant. Maintenance came and said it couldn’t be fixed and they didn’t have any replacements so they propped it up against the wall.

It’s convenient. It is located in the airport.
I had to wait in an extremely long line at 10 o’clock at night to check into my room. The Porter who handled my luggage, put my computer bag in a place where it fell off. Some items were lost as a result of that, and I have not been able to recover them. One airpod actually has been tracked to an address in Miami, so clearly it was taken out of the hotel. I thought the price was too expensive for a simple overnight mandated by the airline.

bedding was dirty. Wall sockets were broken . Yv didn’t work .

The staff was friendly and the location was at the airport which was good however that is where the good part ended
. The room was circa 1970, the bed practically sat on the floor, it made noise at every movement, the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Worst hotel for the cost ever.

no swimming pool as advertised

convenience was indisputable. A little more down at the mouth (old) than we expected. Great staff, great location. good sound proofing. Maybe a little spiffing up necessary. Thanks,
