Excelente ubicación para quienes deben viajar desde el aeropuerto SFO

Es un hotel ideal para hospedarse antes de viajar, por su cercanía con el aeropuerto. Esto implica, por supuesto, que se escuchan los aviones todo el tiempo, pero es igual que en todos los hoteles cerca de aeropuertos y al final se puede descansar muy bien. También se debe destacar el servicio de shuttle al aeropuerto (cada 45 minutos).

Bueno para pasajeros en tránsito. Cuidado con el traslado que ofrecen.

La habitación es amplia y cómoda. También había una cafetera.

Ofrecen traslado desde al aeropuerto pero no funciona las 24 hs. Siento que la información es engañosa. Nunca respondieron mis mensajes cuando lo consulté y tuve que esperar mas de 2 horas.

Afternoon staff was not helpful or friendly. Elevator is a rough ride and located in cramped area.

The location could be excellent if wasn’t for the airplanes taking off thought the night.

Unfortunately I had to move to another room due to the airplanes taking off Fri SFO. Even though I was moved to another room we could still hear the airplanes. Mary Lin was super accommodating in trying to give us a better room … Great customer service attitude.

Not up to expectations of a Hampton Inn.

Cleanliness was not satisfactory. We stayed two nights, and never had towels replaced or bed made up. The facility shows age and use. It is an airport hotel, and from observation, most guests stayed one night and departed SFO. We have stayed at Hampton Inns for years, and never had such a disappointing experience.

Bed super comfy

No safe to store valuables. Hotel offered no solutions. Hotel didn't respond to my questions around hotel shuttle service or early check in previously posted twice.

Practical option near SFO

The bellman was super efficient and sweet. Plus the fact that they've employed one. The staff also had a kind of secret taxi driver who seemed to prioritize the property. Snacks for purchase and microwave appreciated. Windows that open - yay! Breakfast options highly processed but real food could be found.

Refrigerator was super loud. The air handler made a whistling noise that I initially thought was a car alarm. Room directly overlooked a demolition site which was not exactly the quiet location I requested.

the convenient location

beds were very uncomfortable, dated bathrooms and IMPOSSIBLE to sleep with the constant fan noise from bathroom (very loud all night) and the mechanical room that sounded like it was right by the room/window

I have stayed here many times and find everything is great in the hotel. I leave very early in the mornings so am unable to partake of the breakfast buffet.

I’ll stay here again.

Having blackout curtains would be nice as there was a very bright light from outside shining into m6 room. Other than that everything else was really nice.

Room service ie making beds, refreshing towels etc did not happen during stay. Apparently only happens once every three days.

FRONT DESK FOLKS VERY HELPFUL BREAKFAST VERY GOOD LOCATION

SHUTTLE DOES NOT RUN UNTIL AFTER 5PM . HAD TO PAY R/T TO PICK UP WIFE AT SFO $45 CONSTRUCTION NEXT DOOR VERY LOUD . YOU COULD NOT SLEEP IF YOU NEEDED A DAYTIME NAP . IT ALSO CREATES A LOT OF DUST .
