wouldn't recommend I'm afraid .

The staff were courteous .

Despite booking b and b rate ,my children's breakfast wasn't covered . the breakfast we did get was poor and on two mornings by 9.30am most food was gone .Our room was only freshened up once in our four night stay . The riom fridge had Previous guests food in it. The hotel is very dated , the bed linen looked dirty it was so worn. booking.com were no help despite repeated contact.

Nice and quick

Check in and check out process was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel itself seemed well taken care of. I would stay here again if I was in the area. I was only there for one night so I didn't get to use all of the amenities.

The final cost of the stay was more than I had expected. There was no mention of parking being $24 a day when booking so I was a bit surprised by that.

The rooms were clean, comfortable n ur staff was friendly

It showed on line pool, spa n breakfast in double beds premium package. We did not get breakfast n Spa did not work. The pool n spa was one of the main reasons we selected the Crowe plaza.

Would not stay here again.

Breakfast was only thing about the stay that I liked.

Rooms are motel quality. Hot tub closed. Pool not heated as I was told by property before I booked.

Have low expectations of staff and you will be ok

Price was good, room comfortable.

Woman checking me in clearly didnt enjoy her job. Curt, unfriendly, not helpful. The shuttle service has two time gaps on 90 minutes when there is no service. Needing a shuttle from the airport at the wrong time means you will either wait or get your own taxi.

3 Rooms were rented. Two were dirty. There was a roach in one refridgerator Dirty sheets etc. in another. The staff was unable to find a clean room in a reasonable length of time and then when they did there were hairs on the sheets. The staff attempted to put one family member in a room where a man was already staying, much to his suprise. All of this after a long flight. We were disregarded by the staff. The manager never contacted us. We were disregarded by the staff. The manager never contacted us. I am disapointed in the hotel and Bookings. Reimbursement is in order.

Its proximity to the airport and round the clock shuttle service to SFO.

For the price the hotel felt extremely out dated and lacking in amenities.

Decent place to stay, breakfast is not free.

Close to airport, I would not rely on the shuttle. I saw a lot of people waiting. Just take an Uber. It was close to downtown, which was cute. Just walk across the bridge. The building is a bit dated. I would suggest staying in a room facing east. It has a better view. Stay on a high floor. There is a pleasant walk along the Bay.

Breakfast was not included unless you are a loyalty member. It cost $20. I had to change rooms because the first room was not in a good location. However, I was able to change quickly. The elevators are slow and the printer in the business center doesn't work. If you need to print something, the front desk will help.

Front desk agent RUDE, NO customer service whatsoever and was on her phone while checking us in. My 10 year old even commented on how rude she was.

The bed was nice and comfortable and the pillows were pretty good. The room was clean but smelled of sewer. I stay here at the crown plaza a lot and room 316 is smelly like the bathroom has a sewer smell that stinks up the entire room.

The first time I walked into the room it smelled like sewer and was a sickening smell. The bathroom smelled like the toilet was dirty but I think it was the sewer smell.

We got a good nights sleep and skipped breakfast.

It was convenient to SFO. We use the park and shuttle feature for our trips. We usually don’t spend a night and only did so this time because of a long late flight.

On the website it stated that their bar and restaurant was closed. Inconvenient. When I’m fact it was indeed open.

Very poor

The shuttle driver was very nice and stopped for a customer who was late.

The front desk person was terrible. He was not helpful and had a terrible attitude. It was late and I had been delayed for hours, but could care less.
