COULDN’T USE THE SHOWER!!!! We were there three nights, two days. Total bill was just under $1000 . The shower did not drain so you’re standing in backed up sewer drain water from other people. 🤢 Hell no! Called the front desk and they said someone would be right up, but they never came. We were there for a wedding so there was no time to sit around and wait for someone - And good thing we didn’t because they never showed. Rooms and bath more like a Super8 or DaysInn but without the microwave they offer lol! Peeling wallpaper, chipped paint on the woodwork, scratchy sheets, these rooms are worn and tired! The coffee station was never fully operational. It was either out of coffee, out of stir, stick, etc. There were two people at the front desk, both standing around. But the shower situation is inexcusable. We did leave a message for the manager edge, of course have not heard back.

Breakfast was fine - low sugar options would have been nice for the creamer & milk
The main complaint is for being as expensive as it was - the ac unit in our room (512) was so loud when it kicked in I thought we were near the airport.

Close to many things to do. Staff were really nice
and welcoming.
Nothing.

Convience to downtown and cleanliness

Easy to get to. Very welcoming & grand. Room smelled clean, was clean & spacious. Shower was great. Bed very comfy. Walking distance to every place we were going. Nice bar/restaurant.
More expensive than most, as well as the price to park being higher too. Was the HD Homecoming so had little choice but to pay it. Wish the bar stayed open past midnight on a Saturday night. That being said, we weren't disappointed. Very nice stay.

No complaints

great location, clean
the temperature of the room was very hot and would not come down. prefer to sleep in cool not 75 degrees.

The concierge lounge served a great breakfast, and the facility in general was well kept. The location is a convenient walk to the 3rd ward with nice restaurants and some shopping.
An upgrade from the old style coffee makers in the room would be welcomed.

Hotel staff were excellent. My flight came in early. I had been up since 3am (coming from CT). They allowed me to check in early without hesitation (HUGE plus)! Everyone was friendly, accommodating & helpful. The restaurant and staff were great (had lunch & cocktails). Room was clean, bed was perfect for my bad back with plenty of pillows, and it was nice and quiet. Would definitely stay again!
Low lighting in bathroom made makeup application difficult (was in town for a wedding). Could have used softer toilet paper.

Nice hotel and comfortable room.
I didn't like that I paid for parking separately and then was also charge for parking after my departure. Busy area.

We did not eat breakfast there.
The restaurant wasn't what we expected, boring menu...brussell sprouts were awful.

Great valet service. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. close to downtown.

The staff helped with a booking snafu and we're very patient with me. The bed was comfortable and the room was well lit
The shower didn't drain well when I was showering and the whole shower could have benefited from a clean before i came in

Location was great. Some of the staff were helpful & friendly. Pretty decent breakfast bar. That's all the positive I can think of.
Let's see....the room was pretty small, like what I'd expect in NYC - not Milwaukee. WAY TOO expensive for the quality. Looked like it had been remodeled in the '90s. We could never get anyone to answer the phone when we called the front desk, concierge, etc. Advertised having a Starbucks, but it was closed. Room on the concierge (?) level - 5th floor looking at a brick wall. The WORST thing....$10/day for wi-fi (which is just stupid and ridiculous) so I used my cell - but the cell service in the hotel was HORRIBLE. Don't know if this was coincidental or by design - but it made working impossible. I know, I know - the pandemic has made staffing tough...blah, blah, blah....enough already - this place sucked.

1. Short walking distance to Summerfest.
2. Very clean
3. Beautiful hotel decor & room
4. Staff very friendly and energetic
Check in was at 4pm. I received an email from the property stating I could check in early within 48 hours a few days prior to. I did check in the day before and was given an option to have the room ready as early as 1pm so I chose this option. I was a little surprised to get a text saying my room was ready around 7pm. I didn’t have a problem with check in being 4 o’clock but thought it was nice to have the option of having it be ready at 1pm. Even if this wasn’t possible, I would expect that the room would be ready at 4 o’clock at the earliest since this is normal check in time.
This is my only negative about the hotel but it didn’t inconvenience us at all so it’s really not a big deal at all. I was just a little surprised.
3.5
spacious room and comfy beds
no microwave in room, no free breakfast
