The staff and our accommodations were great

The pool area was cold as was the water. You could not go outside at the pool and come back in to the pool. The pool area was so cold that it was not comfortable for me to be in the area with my son and grandchildren

Bad experience.

Very bad, not cleaning, I need get more towels every day because they don’t replace the correct guest numbers and don’t organize the room.

A lot of trash and the elevators have food on the floor

The shower literally did not drain and it was stained black….it also had hair in it I felt so disgusting

place was filthy. Mold growing on the curtains and vents. The bathroom was disgusting and not properly sanitized. Lots and lots of hair. Make up smears and used bathroom products. Non-industry standard fixtures. Rust on all metal hardware, doors, fire sprinklers, etc. Safety latch on the door was barely hanging on. All surfaces were dirty with brown substance and dust. Artwork ripped off the wall. Tire on the luggage cart was flat, and the trash cans outside were overflowing and there were mushrooms in the flower pots outside. Security guard was rude to me about parking my car in the drive even though I was obviously unloading my vehicle. The have the audacity to CHARGE $16 for parking even though the parking gates don’t work. On top of that, the rooms are outdated and have privacy and security flaws that would require a full redesign of the hotel. Long story short, it’s trashy. It doesn’t meet the standard that most people expect from Embassy Suites.

I would stay here again because of the amenities that were offered and the staff was very nice.

clean room with already made sofa bed upon pulling out. The on-site restaurant and the complimentary happy hour with free soda and snacks for kiddos and alcoholic drinks for adults.

The bathroom in the pool area was disgusting and overflowing with poo and toilet paper and wouldn’t flush, it smelled really bad. When the sofa bed was pulled out there was barely any room to walk around it which you had to do to get in and out of the room. You must pay for parking per day. Which is crazy because I’m paying to stay here why am I paying to park here too ?

Excellent experience - we've found our "Nashville" hotel.

Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional - probably the best I have had. Nightly reception also excellent.

Most of the parking for the hotel is in the rear, however, the only entrance was through the front. Would have been much more convenient to have a key-activated door in the rear and/or sides.

It was ok. It would’ve been better if staff would pick up the phone & communicate more efficiently

The room was a food size and clean

I tried several times to contact the from desk from my room and no one ever responded. I had to go downstairs to get my questions answered. I also waited over an hour for the airport shuttle bus with no communication from the front desk on how long it would take. I ended up taking an Uber.

The Staff was nice but it took forever to towels after walking downstairs 4 times at night to keep asking. The plug outlets was duck taped, the phones didn’t work!! I was not told about a complimentary drink, snack or entertainment so we didn’t receive it! The breakfast was great! There was leftover hair pieces in my room on floor and then you have 2 televisions but only one remote control so this is why our stay was just average!! Even at the pool there was no towels so we had to go find some or just bring our own! 👎🏾😳🤷🏽‍♀️

I wasn’t comfortable at all it had a bad smell I had go buy some lysol an it was nets in my room

Probably won’t be back.

Overall staff was friendly, and bed was comfy.

Pillows suck. Bar prices suck. Got a lemon martini and was charged 2 different prices for it, $16 total FOR A SMALL MARTINI. If I would’ve known I was going to be charged for “overnight parking,” like duh I have to park there, I’m literally sleeping there. I would have NEVER booked. That’s nothing but a scam for more money. Maybe expand your parking lot as well because it was FULL and I had to wait for parking after returning for the day.

It wasn’t a total loss, but I wouldn’t stay again.

Property was ok, bathroom was small. Elevators were fast. Liked the pre check in and virtual key.

Breakfast, it wasn’t like any embassy suites we’ve stayed at before. Breakfast staff seemed to hate their job. Food was lackluster, we had to put our room number down like inmates. food was limited. Very odd experience. It wasn’t a total loss but I wouldn’t stay again.

The location was pretty great. Close enough to Broadway. The check in staff was great.

Out room was never cleaned. We had to repeatedly request towels. There was 2 of us so 2 bath towels and 2 wash cloths daily was what we needed. There were no cups for coffee in our room. We went down to request and was told they would.let housekeeping know. They were never recieved. When calling the front desk and/or housekeeping from our room it was always busy. The elevators on our side worked most of the time. Just made for a bad and uncomfortable trip.

the hidden fees at check out was nearly $200......what the crap? I booked the room and the total for 2 night stay was 450.....I check out and its a shock to see all the taxes and fees...This needs to be in the total when booking the room.

Cocktail hour

No blankets for the pull out bed so we froze both nights. Called and asked and went to front desk. We’re told the hotel was out. Bathroom was disgusting when we arrived. I paid to have the beds for myself and my friend and we had to suffer because of lack of bedding. Breakfast area was also freezing so food for cold fast.

Wasn't as clean as you'd expect for the price. The breakfast was the worst I've ever had at an embassy suites. The A/C didn't work very well.

I will stay there again it was worth it.

The pool went to only 4ft I had kids with me for my daughter’s birthday and I’m just glad they were able to move around the pool without me having to worry about it being so deep. Customer service was great they had a great breakfast. Happy hour was great free drinks I loved that. It was just a very good vibe.

I had a great time with my family

Some of the beds mattress is outdated & bathroom shower needs to be updated. You can tell it's an older Embassy Suites hotel compared to the one I stayed in Murfreesboro Tn. & Huntsville Alabama.

I think the meet & greet should be longer & better appetizers. Also the restaurant the prices are too high for the little portions of food & high prices on alcoholic beverages.

Good for food.

Excellent breakfast. Many choices and food was great.

Needed to be cleaned better. Hallway carpets didn’t look like they’d been vacuumed in a long time. Our room was like a sauna. VERY humid - carpets were damp and water pooled in the inside of windows.
