The location was good, and the shuttle drivers were the friendliest personnel we encountered !!

The breakfast was adequate, dishes were not kept full and were completely empty at times.... Selection was limited .. Not a good value

The Front Desk personnel were less than enthusiastic they were very unattentive and preoccupied with their electronics. Housekeeping needs direction on keeping areas clean, i.e., removing food containers from hallways more than every other day, vacuuming hallways more than weekly, removing soiled linens and dishes from outdoor area.

The hotel was good value for money with clean facilities and an excellent location.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this room given the cost. The (queen) beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and the shower worked well. The hotel was very conveniently located for an easy exit and return to US Route 50. The bar service and bar food were both very good. The personalized welcome by SMS from a specific person (named) at the Reception Desk was a very nice touch.

Although tasty complimentary coffee was available in the morning, no breakfast was included in the booking. Comparing the cost of booking to that of similar hotels that offered breakfast during my holiday, it seems a breakfast -- if only a small continental one (breads, etc) -- could have been included.

Very nice stay would recommend it because of the area and a few of the amenities.

Property was comfortable, free shuttle was a plus! location is great many places to eat and shop and most are walking distance. Area felt safe. Cleaning personal are very nice and ready to provide you with anything you need.

Rooms felt a little dated need painting walls are a little dirty around the room. Front desk personnel was not very friendly or welcoming..

Location. Outside of the hotel, looked nice, once inside was disappointed

Filthy condition of floor, smell of smoke narcotics, room was not quiet, or clean, bathroom was run down, heater was noisey

We enjoyed our stay and will only reserve with....

Pantry & on site bar/restaurant and room service. Good breakfast time 6a 11a Staff was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Bartender very attentive to customers.

Needs something to cover bathroom floor..it is soooooo cold. Slip resistant hrow rug?

It was nice and very purposeful because I am Manifesting my dreams!

It was clean and the amenities was nice. The warm cookies are a nice touch and very delicious! I wanted to take a dozen home with me…

The view I had was horrible I was looking at the AC and heating system. For over $200 that I paid I should of had a better view…. Way too expensive!

Pleasant and courteous staff. Comfortable bed and pillows.

The bedside table had not been wiped down - I had to clean off the sticky spots. Dust as well. Bathroom had a funny smell coming from the shower curtain.

The hotel is not serious about cleaning up the room. First, you must specifically ask for this service. Second, and then -- at least in our case -- they do not do it. This was also the case at another Hilton hotel in the area. Hilton is not what is used to be.
