Get what you pay for but would be nice to have wifi and business center as advertised

Early check in The associate who printed a few things from her computer for me

The road noise was awful. I needed the business center and it was out of service. Breakfast menu was strange. The wifi did not work even after troule shooting with the front desk and using the paid version.

We will stay here again if in the area. Overall, good experience and priced well.

Breakfast was delicious and the morning staff were exceptional. It was priced well. When we needed extras in our room they were very accommodating. Clean and everyone was kind and pleasant.

The room was stifling hot when we came in but that was easily taken care of. No exhaust fan in the bathroom and became very stuffy fast.

I should have gotten a free stay or a lot more knocked off. It was a horrible Hilton experience.

I only liked the location and some of the staff.

I had to be switched three times to a room and each room was nasty. None of the rooms were clean.

Ok for the price. Up front notification needed on policy not offering change in plans, cancellation.

See below comment. I liked the bed and pillows...comfortable.

Available food should have a la carte pricing...some may just want something quick or light on the run. Complimentary breakfast would have been better. Need instructions on using the room key card. Room needs paper and pen. Instructions on using the tv remote and navigating the tv.

Nice spacious rooms, staff are friendly, responsive and helpful, smooth check in and check out experience.

Some amenities that are usually included in other hotel packages are not, such as breakfast (extra charge) and wifi (password did not work, need to go to the lobby to get the access code)

I would not hesitate to stay here again. I was, overall, very pleased with everything.

The location was great - easy access to the interstate, dining, stores, etc. My room was super clean, and the shower had great water pressure. All of the equipment in the fitness room was working, which is a big plus for me.

There seemed to be a baby elephant in the room above mine that ran back and forth across the floor at all hours, including after 10 pm. I totally understand that small children don't realize they are pounding on the room beneath them, but families with small kiddos should be on the ground floor.

we were there for the Queen City Show and enjoyed our stay convenient and the suggested restaurant was excellent

location to the convention center and restaurants

the breakfast notification. a bill is given to you for a breakfast that was included in your room rate. I was still in the room when my family text they were being charged for breakfast. I suggested other ways of handling that

my stay was bad because of the guests that were there that night. the hotel itself was awesome.

the property was really good and clean. towels,linens,furniture looked new.

The staff were the friendliest ever. Good breakfast. I traveled with my daughter and we felt safe at this hotel.

The pool was soooooo cold. Too cold to enjoy. Our room was always so humid. I'm assuming it was from the pool!!??!! We wanted to sit in the outside sitting area but there were no cushions in the chairs. And it had not been raining. On our last day, during the best dream ever, the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate.........at 8 in the morning.

The check in was pleasant, easy, and accurate. The room was near the pool. Loved the walk-in shower.

Would have liked to have grab bars in the shower.
