I was supposed to be refunded for my booking bcz of the property not being clean and unhygienic rooms. The property manager promised me a refund for one of my room which was not even checked in bcz of the rooms not being cleaned and maintained. It’s been more than 2 months now still didn’t get the refund😡😡😡😡

Well I've left several reviews but I've been there since April and I left August 15th. So there's a reason there's several reviews, if I'm honest the overall stay with was 5+months. It was great in the beginning the price and everything.its when they got their new manager!! she came in with her tail between her legs, had trouble with pronouncing the word no. waited until she picked a few favorites and her testicles group in. Now she has a few people to have back regardless cuz you know how bottom feeders are they agree with you as long as you can you know give him something. And that's what goes on there 100% that's what goes on there, my money didn't matter anything to that hotel the fact that I was paying you know every month the price went up like I said but the fact that I'm giving the owner of this hotel 1150 a month on time every month with no trouble no that means absolutely nothing if you want to keep this disgusting white trash drug addict with a young baby and teenage "wifey" happily on your side. And I think I get the reason why that's so important now because they're not afraid to scream as loud as they want go crazy over anything that they think it's going to make her happy. Because you know it's all about her. I'm serious I know it sounds like I'm just scored or something that's really how it is there no they don't have bed bugs no they don't have roaches no you know none of that stuff that's not dirty just there you go if you read my other reviews you'll get it all this guy decided he didn't want to come out of his room and a light on me and she kicked us out, and I still had about $380 left on my account that she refused to give back. Just believe him with no proof no reason to accuse me of being a liar when the only thing I've done is be a decent guest who paid by the month every month for the last 5 months.
There isn't anyone above a unfair , insecure, Federal parolee to go to when it is definitely needed

The hotel was affordable. The location and the front desk made it easy to extend my stay for another week.
The water in the shower was never hot enough. The towels were old and thin.

The price is great, the manager is a doll. It's just like a lil studio apartment.
The internet NEVER WORKED!!

This property is in disarray. Our room had multiple colors of hair in the bathtub, not ours. There was pop running down the wall behind the tv. All kinds of shady people hanging around the property and premises.
Everything

People fought at times , commotions and noise at times. Bad smell quite often.

The sheets and bathroom were dirty. The hotel had a strange smell and the main light in our room did not work. Also, it does not seem handicap accessible (I did not see an elevator).

The bathroom was gross. Dirty and falling apart. The entire building was saturated with the smell of cigarette smoke.

Loud noise over my room. It was as if the person who was over me was stomping. There were gnats in my room and I requested a different room. Had to leave and check back in although I'd been there all week...

Room was clean and beds were comfortable.
The breakfast was all stale sweet rolls and similar cold items. I have a gluten issue and there was no fruit or anything I could eat. There was 1 small soap and no shampoo in the room. There are no luggage carts.

Sleep 😴 peaceful.
No Elevator, Stairs Only.

The guy at the front desk was weird. Kept insisting that I was not allowed visitors in my room. Even after I assured him twice, I was there through Business Travel. He had a whole long drawn out speel about it. Weirdo!!
But the TV worked. That's a good thing

The only thing I like was that you can check in at 2:00pm compared to other Motel/Hotel at 3:00pm. Other than that, worst experience.
The staff and the overall customer service is very poor. I mean very poor. I don't know if there is a such thing as "health inspectors" for Motels/Hotels but if there was, the Studio 6 Motel would most likely be fined or possibly shutdown until its back to cleaning standards. I was put in a room that smell like cigarettes(even tho I paid for "non-smoking" room), the bathroom was not clean(Toilet, Bathtub, Floor not swept and you can clearly see all kinds of prints and dirt around on the faucet in the bathroom). The amount I paid for the room on Booking.com was the amount of $539.87 but Studio 6 Motel charged me $543.57. EVEN WHEN I HAD CLEAR PROOF ON THE EXACT PAYMENT THAT I EXPECTED TO PAY, THE MANAGER SAID, "I DON'T BELIEVE WHAT THE PHONE SHOW". Basically assuming I am making it up when I had clear evidence to prove it to him but he refused and made bogus claims such as, "its my bank fault", "its the Booking.com fault". Nothing but excuses, disrespectful comments, not helpful at all whatsoever. To who ever pay to stay there, don't expect them to be on top for daily "Room Service". They perform below average.
