Clean and comfortable room with very close proximity to the convention center.

The room was neat and clean. AC was a little noisy but it was cooling well.
Prefer to have daily housekeeping. I booked the hotel through booking.com and it is mentioned on booking.com that daily housekeeping is provided. However, to my surprise, it is not there. Moreover, I was charged $50 for the deposit. It is nowhere mentioned on booking.com

Mostly pleased with the hotel. Location, parking, staff very good. Breakfast was more than adequate.
The noise by other guests nearly ALL night. Running the halls. Ridiculous.

The beds were very comfortable. We didn't use the fire pits, but the sitting area was very nice. The breakfast area was very spacious.
They didn't come in and change out towels and check toilet paper daily, you had to "sign up" for it. Breakfast ended at 9:00 on the weekdays. (Monday)

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The location was perfect for our needs. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of food to choose from.
They only problem we encountered was we were awakened at 3:00 am by jumping and running coming from the room above us. It sounded like kids on a playground. My suggestion would be that you should try to place families with small kids on the ground floor as not to disturb the people below.

We needed to go to the convention center and this was a perfect location. Even though the hotel was completely booked and Kay the front desk worker was extremely busy she was very welcoming and friendly! The beds are also comfortable.
I don’t really have any complaints.

I like that the location was next to our event and the amenities it had to offer.
We have stayed here for the last 3 years this time of year and the quality and other guests respectfulness had gone downhill since the first year. Our neighbors were loud and running around till midnight between rooms. We didn't even go to the pool. There was pot being smoked all over the place and had a really bad odor. Every night that we stayed there there were emergency vehicles, many of them at the front entrance. It did scare me a little. Also we had to ask for towels and washcloths for the second day. I understand that the rooms don't necessarily need cleaned each day, but it was a nice feature pre covid.
