I needed towels, the front desk told me there were none, sorry. She then offered bath mats as towels. The pool was dirty

The front desk in the evening was rude. She didn’t acknowledge, didn’t look at my eyes, and just spoke rudely to me and others.

Large rooms, reasonable price but wished we had booked facility closer to downtown

The room was quite large and seemed reasonably well maintained. The breakfast was typical hotel food {cereal, waffle maker, etc.} so we went out for breakfast. Parking lot monitored in the evening which was good but also concerning in that it was necessary.

Did not like the extra $100 charge for incidentals which is added upon check-in as this was not communicated up front. it was refunded promptly after we checked out {within 2 days}.

Disappointing

Waited for 2 hours for a room. Pool was closed. Booked a suite and got 2 beds 15 cars were broken into City had a power outage and they were charging a lot higher rate

I didn’t like anything about this property, it was dirty the vending machine on the first floor leaked water the entire time I was there the building smelled like old carpet and the staff was rude. the garbage was overflowing by the side door which had it smelling even worst, the entire stay was terrible I will never stay here again or recommend to anyone

that was my FIRST and LAST time ever staying there. 0/10 would NOT recommend. it needs work!

I didn’t catch her name, but the young woman at check out was very nice.

the ac unit sounded as if it was going to explode. at exactly 3am an alarm in our room kept going off and when calling the front desk, NO ONE ever answered. the toilet also leaked EVERY time we flushed it.

Will not stay there again.

They gave me full refund because there was no hot water for the shower. THe manager listened to my complaints.

No milk for the cereal, no orange juice, skimpy selection of yogurts. If you are egg and sausage eater, you will do fine. The hot water for the tea was not hot enough. The breakfast area attendant advised that they did not have any milk. They gave me a handicapped room, which I did not request. The property is rundown and is not worthy of Hampton Inn name. While I was registering, I overheard that there was break in six cars the night before. Also, the registration area is more like a socializing place!

The staff was nice and friendly, the manager was really nice.

Couldn't really sleep, was on edge because cars was getting broke into. Had to keep getting up looking making sure the didn't bust my window. It was terrible. They need more security.

Disappointing

Female staff members only accommodations and are super extra friendly to MALE guest. The guy who checked me in was very kind! The women, yeah just do your job don't take the next women personally.

I spent a lot of time making that appointment through Hilton Making this experience a bad one.

Hampton inn is usually my favorite place to stay. When I travel I like to take a bath in the tub was dirty… And it had not been cleaned. I told the front desk about it upon leaving, only wanting the Hampton Inn stay the quality place it is. The manager emailed me and told me that I could have 50% off my next day. Knowing that I was not gonna stay at that location again I asked could I use it at any Hampton and he said yes. I went through Hilton To book a stay at home feeling And found that the manager did not follow procedure and I could not use his email for the this discount.

It was not the property to property was fine. It was the management practices.

Horrible Hilton

There was nothing likable about this room

The place was filthy and smelled. The curtains were ripped and the had no extra blankets, towels, or rags! This is definitely not the Hilton brand I’m used to. This was definitely not worth what I was charged for this room.

I will never book at that location again, after my family getting covid and the rude woman on nights not to mention the

housekeepers were cool ppl

front desk night person rude rooms were not clean tvs had to be swapped in multiple rooms upon arriving home from our stay 6 family members returned with covid and I’m sure it was due to poor cleaning of rooms
