Booking.com should allow cancellations and make exceptions for travels that get delayed

I appreciate that a well prepared vegetarian option was available on the breakfast menu. Many vegetarians do not eat eggs. It would be good to have more options without eggs. I was surprised at the price of the bill for the room. It was higher than what I read online.

I didn’t realize there are two Double Tree Inns in the SeaTac area. I was very tired and spent an extra hour going to the wrong location after a very long day of travel. I was told the is a regular occurrence. Could they have different distinct names?

It is a great location. The pool and fitness center were great. I would stay at this hotel again.

The staff was great. They were always helpful.

I had to call and ask for a microwave. I called and requested an extra comforter but never got one. I got the same thin blanket that we used on the fold out couch.

We enjoyed our time. We will come back again!

Great location—Jollibee, Max’s Restaurant, Game Stop, diverse restaurants, and shopping. The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. They also served yummy, fresh, warm cookies and fantastic coffee!

The second floor has a view of the rooftop and parking lot, while the upper floor has a better view of the sky and trees.

Perfect, Peaceful Stay at DoubleTree Easy Access to the City!

The property was amazing! Love the warm cookies at front desk, the friendliness of the different front desk staff, check-in was easy and simple, property was very nice, plenty of parking, location was perfect to I-5, Southcenter Mall, the airport and 405. Room was right across from elevator and was large. Loved the room!

Not very relaxing place to stay under the conditions of the high sex traffic crimes going on

The over all experience was fine but do to the men being shot and killed by the police was overwhelming

Rooms were spacious

They nickel and dime you after they give you a rate! Even the $16 parking had a service fee and tax which made it over $22 a day. No coffee served in lobby unless you paid for it. Small bag of chips with 6 chips in it was over $5 Had to pay for drinking water and booking advertised as breakfast included but it also was $18 extra! Hilton tru is down the street and much nicer for cost. Free breakfast and coffee. Also there was a shooting! We had to change rooms

Great value, close to the mall, excellent breakfast!

Easy access and beautiful courtyard.

There was loud karaoke playing below our hotel room. But it was early and I was napping.

We loved our stay here. Check-in was easy. Room was big and the kids left the pool.

Location and the kids loved the pool.

Bed could be a little more comfortable.

Underwhelming

The location was good lots in walking distance. The pool was great for the kids. Has a nice gym.

The staff were unfriendly (at least most of whom I had encounters with.) The description of the room I had selected was missing many amenities that were listed. The Jacuzzi jets did not work. The pool area, in general, was not cleaned often.

Not worth the price.

The pool area was very nice, and the kids loved the warm cookies after a long drive.

The room was very dated and smelled like old carpet and dog. The slider door separating the rooms was broken, and the bed we slept in had a crater in the middle.

great access to local restaurants and shopping was great!

close to restaurants and shopping pool was open and working (we travel a lot for our kids sports and most hotels we visited this season had pools under maintenance/closed bed/blankets were actually comfortable. other hotels we have visited have thin blankets and we always need extra to get comfortable

the open lobby is a cool concept but doesn’t block any noise to the hotel rooms. guests in bar area were still pretty noisy when i was trying to get my daughter to sleep around 10pm

Will definitely book again! best service!

Staff was very friendly. They definitely go above and beyond to keep customers satisfied. Will definitely book again. Location was very convenient. South-center mall, target, banks and great restaurants right around the corner. Walking distance for sure. Breakfast recommended, Buffet style or menu option. Super clean rooms, beds were AMAZING!
