Nice hotel expensive valet and up charges galore.

Paid for a high floor room unaware that these rooms do not have windows. It’s not mentioned on the website. Arrived at the hotel and there were no rooms on a high floor with a view. Ended up being charged an additional $25 per night for a 6th floor room. Not pleased about being charged and ending up on a low floor. Also valet cost is ridiculous!

Overall a comfortable stay and the location was very convenient for the city center!

Staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable and Modern Market was super convenient. Food at Stetsons was delicious!

The floor in my room wasn't terribly clean. Also the room was expensive but it was Lollapalooza weekend so supply and demand!

La ubicación es espectacular , camas y almohadas cómodas y desayuno buffet increíble

Todo está bien , las instalaciones se ve que tienen años pero está muy mantenido No hay housekeeping diario, limpian tu habitación cada 4 días . Temas de pandemia , aún no me acostumbro! En una ciudad donde nadie usa mascarilla no se que sume que ni te hagan aseo diario

とても清潔感があり気持ちよく滞在できた。廊下の窓から花火が見れた。観光箇所へ行きやすい。チェックアウトが12時で、5時まで駐車場使用でき荷物も預けられるので観光しやすかった。

Amazing, fun, and would do it again!

Location and facilities are great! It’s a fun spot and view. It’s busy so great for people watching. Love the bar and the restaurant too. Being by the river is awesome and seeing fire works from our room was amazing!

It is noisy if you got those type of neighbors…uncontrollable… and glad we were there for fun ourselves.

Good location, loud guests make it difficult to enjoy stay

Great location, beautiful view.

We booked a king room with a city view. The view was pretty and they had us stay on the fourth floor of the remodeled building. The room was nice, fairly clean. The guests directly in front of our room and adjacent were some of the loudest most obnoxious people. My partner and I never complain and we’re always respectful of others but this was truly unacceptable. We decided to call the front desk and make a noise complaint. Security did come up to try to get them to calm down which worked for about 5 minutes. After those five minutes they continued to slam doors, were extremely loud and disruptive all around 12am. We understand some people are there to have fun but they were basically having drinks in the hallway directly in front of our room and going in and out of their room multiple times that night. My partner and I started counting how many times they slammed their door and we ended up counting 27 times all before 2am. They continued to have extremely loud conversations and what sounded like heated arguments between the young couples. We literally could not sleep, we maybe for 4 hour of mediocre sleep, not an exaggeration. All to say, location is great but be aware that if you make a noise complaint, very little will be done and you might not enjoy your stay as much.

Ubicación perfecta y vistas de lujo en el Downtown Chicago.

Perfectamente ubicado, lindas habitaciones, modernas, tremendas vistas sobre el río Chicago y el Lago Michigan.

El personal de toda la cadena Hyatt necesita una capacitación en servicio al cliente. Además, cobran extras ocultos cuando te chequeas.

Amazing

Amazing location, so beautiful and comfy, near to everything, the view was also amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was great . They have the best breakfast I ever had, very delicious and clean

Location of Hyatt was spot on for river walk navy pier magic mile etc.

Had a room on 11th floor no real view to talk of only the tower block opposite staying in the west tower.Room was great spacious big tv coffee maker iron,board,big tv.shower was ok pressure wasn’t huge but ok.

Nothing happy with the room.

Great Location - Hotel abit tired.

Brilliant location. Overlooking the riverwalk and within easy walking distance of all of the cities attractions we wanted to see. Comfy bed and hotel sports bar has a good happy hour.

Room was abit dated and dark. Bathroom was very small. Aircon was very noisy.
