Our daughter got married there , the wedding pavilion was a beautiful setting
The fact that I thought I booked and paid for a 2 bedroom villa as per our confirmation “family villa 2 bedroom”as our infant granddaughter was supposed to stay with us but it was actually a bed in the middle of the villa with a twin bed a a bedroom .. very disappointing

The room was very clean and comfortable. I liked the high ceilings in our room, felt spacious. The bed was very comfortable.
I liked everything.

Super comfortable bed! Liked the fact the windows in room Could Open for fresh air. Front desk lady at check in was so pleasant & friendly, as were the serving staff at lounge. Enjoy the trail area.
Found the pool could have been a little cleaner but given it is outdoors, understandably more difficult to keep debris out. The laminate flooring hallway made for much noise & echo, simply just doors closing sounded extra loud. Location is quite removed from everything.

The landscape is pretty nice.
Location is good if you are into nature and trails.
There's a swimming pool which we didn't have the chance to use.
The room is big and clean.
The bathroom is pretty big.
Everything was clean.
The staff was friendly.
Free coffee in the room.
There was not that much that we didn't like. To say something I'll say bed is maybe too soft for our taste.
The room is a bit dark (like no lights on the ceiling) but it looks like it is a common thing everywhere here.

The shower had no shelves to hold shampoo and soap.

We generally love The Wilds- location and pool
Infested with large ants- mentioned to front desk but no discount or anything was offered, the worker told us they were supposed to spray it but that definitely didn’t happen. The water from both the tub and sinks has an extremely foul smell. I filled up the tub but couldn’t use it due to this.

Breakfast was fine - waitress was great
We did not get the room we reserved / there was no fireplace/ it was not an executive suite- it was an unordinary room immediately next to the elevator.

We THOUGHT it would be a tranquil stay in a beautiful resort on a golf course.
Restaurant closed. (but see comments later)
initial room was very small and a STRANGE shape. (but see comments later)
Huge noisy golf tournament, and a large wedding party that liked to drink, stay up late, and be noisy.

Very well kept, staff was pleasant and the food was good. Also beds were very comfortable
The road getting there was a nightmare with all the construction. There was no furniture in the room to put our belongings on so our bags were lined up on the floor. Not 1 hook in bathroom to hang a robe or towel. The hallways were very noisy, one night a toddler was screaming at 4 in the morning and the night of a wedding there was a dog barking down the hall. Every time someone closed their room door it echoed very loudly. Perhaps carpeting in the halls would help buffer the sound.

The staff was very nice. We were travelling by bike and needed a place to stay near that location.
Overpriced for the general shabbiness of the place. The doors slam shut and are extrememly loud so we had to hear slamming door all night. The quality of the place is equivalet to the shabbiest roadside motel. The food at the restaurant was terrible.

Room was comfortable and clean.
Bathroom is to small but otherwise clean.
Food was expensive.

Beautiful property with very large rooms. The beds are very comfortable. Bathroom facilities are excellent with good water pressure.
The staff need to be more informed about the hiking trail on the property before giving recommendations. The hiking trail needs more markers regarding directions and distance.

Set in the beautiful area of the Holyrood, Wilds at Salmonier River is a place to relax and unwind. The room was comfortable and equipped with modern facilities. We enjoyed our walk on a trail behind the hotel. The heated swimming pool was enjoyable.

Staff were very good and friendly
Room was the cheapest room I have ever had in a hotel. When I booked it was supposed to be an Executive Queen there was no phone no hair dryer no desk no clothes burrow only one nightstand and no room on the inside wall of the bed.
I asked about all this to the clerk and was told that all the rooms were the same. I had booked 2 nights but canceled my second night we would have left right away but it was late. Very disappointed.

Lovely location in a natural park, great golf course, nature trails.
All good, but a captive area as not much else in the area for alternative restaurants etc..
