Perfect location. Loved the small balcony.
They have a small bar but no trained bartender. Most of the front desk staff were not friendly. (Good evening, good morning, a smile, welcome back) just the smallest niceties make a difference.

In the historic district and walking distance to all the sites. Trolley stop right behind the hotel. Very close to river street. Wonderful breakfast which is not included in the price but comparable to local restaurants.
A bit noisy on the street side but not enough to interfere with sleep.

It’s a great place to stay on as a stop to Fla. Great location.
Somehow I got charged an extra 600+ dollars - was refunded but took many phone calls😞

Location was great! Extremely close to everything Savannah has to offer.
However, the staff and facilities could be a bit better. Before our arrival I let the team know we were celebrating our anniversary and they said we would be taken care of and there would be chocolates in our room upon arrival. Nothing was in our room when we arrived. The next day my husband called the front desk at 2pm simply asking for a roll of toilet paper. We had to call two times more (from our cellphones, the phones in room did not work) and we finally received one roll at 10pm that evening.
Breakfast was sub par.

The room was nice, very spacious. Nice work station.
The bed was horribly uncomfortable!!! One of the worst beds I have ever attempted to sleep in at a hotel. The noise from street was very loud, almost sounded like I had left the balcony door open but I checked.

There were no towels in the room, there were chairs stacked up left in the room, the refrigerator was off, could not use
phone and had to go down to the lobby to talk to someone.

great location, and the staff were incredibly helpful and super friendly.
The only 2 things I didn’t like was that there wasn’t a vent in the bathroom, which made sharing the bathroom a challenge. We also had an outlet that didn’t work which made it a challenge for 2 people to get ready at the same time.

The staff was extra friendly. Every time we walked back into the hotel they would greet us and say welcome back.
