Excellent choice if quick connection to O’Hare is needed.

Knowledgeable friendly, helpful staff, very clean, quick walk to rental car center which connects to terminals, there is an airport shuttle leaving every 30 minutes. Good restaurant on site and a quick snack sales area right next to check in area. The only issue I encountered was the light above the sink did not work, they immediately were on it. Good choice for a quick stay needing connectivity to O’Hare.

Nightmare

I was there a night when the hotel computer was down. Was in line with a large group trying to check in. Only to find out no reservations were valid. This was after being in line for TWO hours. By this time it was after midnight. We were all turned away. ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. I will not be going there anymore! I emailed the manager but never heard back. Par for the course.

If you are at full bcus the airlines were not prpard, don't give flight crews preferential treatment

After a canceled flight we were forced to spend the night in a O'hare Hotel. on arrival we were tired from the trauma of a canceled flight and waiting hours in line to get our next flight. We arrived at the hotel and stood in line again. They had two agents and the line was 10 people deep. HERE IS THE PROBLEM, a flight crew arrived at the same time and they dedicated one of the Sonesta agents to cut the line and book them into their rooms, before everyone waiting in line. WOW, I was spending a night at the hotel because of the airline's failures and here was the hotel providing them with preferential treatment! I thought I was going to come unglued.....

Overall good location clean and tidy, good shuttle bus collection and drop off.

Shuttle pick up excellent. Room clean and tidy. Good location, not far from airport. Two breakfast eating places close by with pavements leading to them.

Tried to contact the hotel before leaving home with no success. Tried to phone hotel from airport with no success. Discovered on arrival at hotel that they take a credit card amount? and keep an amount? Told by girl at reception that we got money off something? some free calls to ? It was late and we were tired these extra charges / money off items should have been put in writing.

Airport hectic room amazing but we're promised water in room nothing there also a voucher to spend in the shop didn't receive this. Thd check in was mayhem due to diverted flights. We had no choice because we were diverted

Only one night but enjoyed the facilities the restaurant bar was excellent, gym well equipped

Breakfast was very good.

Provide normal toast bread and maybe some healthy yoghurts to have with the lovely fresh fruit.

Early morning flight made staying near the airport necessary and the room was very acceptable.

The room was very comfortable and the bed was good. Close to the airport with a shuttle made our departure easy.

Unimpressed!!

The room was clean.

Having just made a trip to Chicago less than 2 months ago for a very similar reason I was very unimpressed with the way in which this hotel does stuff. For example they charged me $25 dollars per night to park in their regular parking lot it wasn't valet or anything just their parking lot I thought that was crazy. The hotel I stayed in previously didn't charge for that. This hotel didn't even offer a continental breakfast of any kind. And on top of that they put a hold on $300 dollars of my money during my trip for "incidentals", Again the hotel I stayed in last time didn't do that and they fed you a restaurant quality breakfast. I wouldn't choose to stay here a second time sadly.

old renovation, everything is generally old, no bottles of water in the room, the price for the hotel is too high. I was also charged an additional $150 without explanation. Terrible place I would not recommend it to anyone.
