After 25 years was disappointed

Location

Hotel not maintained since visit last year. Customer for 25 years and the old grey mare isn't what she used to be. Deperte need of paint in public areas. Housekeeping failed to come for two days after repeated requests.

It's New Orleans. Snafus are normal.

It was a very comfortable and well appointed room.

We waited about 20 minutes for the valet to show up after arriving. Check-in was slow because both clerks were focused on resolving one guest's problem.

The stay was wonderful. I felt safe, comfortable and clean. Definitely would recommend!

I liked how the property was smaller and comfortable. The staff was friendly, especially the valets! Everything was clean and the location was PERFECT!

I didn’t realize before going that the parking would be $42 a night. This was just the standard price to park.

Hotel St Marie is the place to stay when visiting the French Quarters!

This property is perfect for your stay in the French Quarters! Location is perfect, you can explore the FQ as you step outside the hotel by walking, taxi! Many places to see, wonderful restaurants, including the hotel, to satisfy your appetite! The pool was a wonderful gathering place to meet new friends! The staff is always outstanding & professional, goes the extra mile!

It would be nice to have bottled water in the rooms, instead of using the vending machines!

Location. Cleanliness. Quiet.

One of our rooms ac went out (was promptly fixed). The person working at the coffee shop saw me but kept her conversation going instead of taking my order. I left.

The hospitality of Jada & Lonnie was fantastic! Overall, most of the staff was friendly and very helpful. They were both hospitable.

Morning checkout was not as delightful and welcoming as the evening staff. Mya was very sweet and soft spoken but the female behind the desk wasn't very pleasant. She (unknown name) was actually a bit rude.

Location and the valet guys. They were awesome. Everyone else seemed indifferent about our stay.

Price for the rooms was too high. Rooms were in okay shape but nothing deserving a nearly 1000.00 stay for 2 days.

Four friends in the French Quarter

Everything about it was great, excellent coffee shop and deli. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and interactive. We will stay here again!

Good location, great price, but won't stay again unless we get a different room.

Location was super close to Bourbon Street, so everything was in walking distance. Bathroom was clean and great shower pressure. Bed was comfy and warm.

We arrived close to 1:30am due to a late flight and had to wait at the locked lobby door for 20 minutes before someone let us in. Our room was in the furthest part of the building on the other side of the garage. It had a brick wall that kept the floor dusty, and the carpet felt damp all the time.. There was someone's underwear in the sink cabinet that was missed by the cleaners. Also, there was a nearby business that has a sports bar so there were loud TV broadcasts all day and night. We also hoped they would have acknowledged our anniversary with something but there was nothing. (I had requested this upon booking.)
