Location was good
Room wasn’t made on a daily basis like other hotels. Also mattress was sloping on one side

A wonderful staff, very warm welcome at the reception.

Location of the property is ideal for downtown Manhattan, the staff were all very helpful and even though our room wasn't ready on arrival they stored our bags for us. Room was spacious and well presented, large fridge in the room and the bathroom, although small, was well equipped. Free coffee station was an added bonus.
There were some additional staff who advised that we hadnt completed our check in, this turned out to be a fairly hard sell to attend a timeshare meeting. I really didnt appreciate this, felt very forced and I struggled to get my point across to them that our time was limited and attending a 1.5 hour meeting about a timeshare didnt fit in with our plans.

Great location for midtown, comfortable and clean, and the staff was nice
The central cooling system made the room very cold, and you couldn't turn it off. Also, they have very small shampoo bottles, so you have to realize this before your shower, and ask for a refill.
Both are not deal breakers, but I wish I knew this before packing - bring your warm pjs and shampoo.

Great location next to Grand Central station and a block from the UN. Large room and very large comfy bed and mattress. Good small bathroom.
Having to run the “Times Square”-esque gauntlet of sales people stationed in the lobby, once I’d checked in, who wouldn’t let me catch a lift to my room until I’d provided personal details for their sales and marketing purposes and several times say no to their wristband and brochures they kept pushing. The lead agent was quite rude and told me “this is not a hotel, this is how it works, and you must give your personal details to us or we won’t let you go to your room”. This left me feeling frustrated and intimidated - not great after a long flight.

great location in mid Manhattan
Price fantastic and staff were great

very nice little appartment. lots of space, comfortable bed, comfortable sitting room, just enough amenities for 2 days (washing powder, ...) . A common room with washing machines + tabs provided in room was very helpful for people already on the road for a week. Staff was very kind, really helpful. A good choice
details: cramped hallways, and lighting in room was weird. Also noisy airconditioning.

Location was excellent. Easy to walk all over, as well as get cabs. Staff was friendly, responsive, and helpful. Look for Sly!! He’s the absolute best!
Slow elevator.

Size of the suite was great, felt like a NY apartment.
No tea bags in the room, not everyone is a coffee drinker so that should be available as typical in most hotels.

Good location. Staff was very helpful. Amenities were fun. Umbrellas to borrow Close to the Amish market.
The elevators had some problems. Cleaning fee.

The room was large and well equiped. It had a Lavazza coffee machine in the room, a large desk with a roll-out extension, iron, ironing board. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a nice-looking design.
The bathroom had the typical American shower in a bath tub where you have only one knob to adjust water temperature. since there was a glass divider, the only way to open the tap is that you have the cold water running onto you until it warms up.
My other complaint is that the rooms do not have selective collection for recycling. The sugar, sweetener, creamer, napkin, plastic straw all packaged together. It generates lots of waste.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The location was very close to what I came to town to do.

The view from the rooftop. Free coffee, especially French Vanilla.
You needed to request for picking up garbage.

Great location with a lot of eating places and bars around.

Very warm welcome at the check in desk, room was ready upon early arrival. check in went very swift and within 10 min we were in our room. Hotel room was having all amenities needed including a coffeemaker, the bed was very comfortable, and we had a room on the 10th floor overlooking the city.
The location of this hotel is perfect, Midtown just a few blocks away from Grand Central
Despite the fact that we were told that there is no cleaning in the room (we were told that this club is a timeshare) we could call for anything we need, it might bother someone however we were ok with it as we were informed properly.
No breakfast available but again this did not bother us as we went out every morning to a diner nearby

very clean and comfortable.
Nice to have a mini kitchenette

Great location. Comfortable room, and spacious for the city. Decent hotel gym. Water, coffee, tea all day. Various happy hour or brunch treats.
I didn’t realize booking through here that it was a timeshare property. There was a bit of a hard sell to attend the timeshare presentation. You can say no, but it’s awkward.

the elevator was a bit slow.

Clean facilities. Nice room.
1. RIDICULOUS CHECK-IN PROCESS. I didn't know it was a time-share hotel, and I just wanted to check into my room and relax. After getting my room key, they sequestered me, and kept on insisting that I should attend a time share seminar at the hotel and that my attending the seminar was the only way the person speaking to me would get his commission. Ridiculous! I just wanted to check into the hotel room that I had fully paid for upfront.
2. FAILURE TO PROVIDE RECEIPT. Upon check-out, they said they would email me my receipt. They didn't. I called them from Canada a few days later (long-distance charges applying) and the front desk person said that they don't provide receipts and that only booking.com would provide me with a receipt - which is ridiculous! I have stayed in many hotels through booking.com and the hotel ALWAYS gives me a receipt on check-out. He then put me on hold to speak to his manager, who never picked up. An hour or so later, the manager called me and I explained to him that I wanted my receipt for my stay. He said no problem. The next day, I still hadn't received the receipt. I lodged a complaint with booking.com and they contacted the property to send me my receipt. Still waiting....no receipt yet!
3. EXTRA CHARGE. They charged me an extra $15 for my room (compared to the booking.com price), and they aren't sending me my receipt, so I can't understand what the charge is.
