Otima localizaçao para Union Square

Localização no Centro da Union Square, dá pra fazer tudo andando.

Um pouco distante da parte do Pier 39 , mas como estávamos de carro sem problemas , outra coisa que achamos fora da realidade é o valor do estacionamento para hospedes.

Super Lage, sehr zentral. Super housekeeping.

Die Mitarbeiter wirkten eher kühl. Zum Frühstück bekam man einen Gutschein von einem Diner um die Ecke, das war aber sehr überfüllt. Essen war nur im Akkord möglich- sehr schade.

Good location for cable car riding, and exploring the city. Clean and professional stay,

We got upgraded to the “new building” pool side room. Huge room, and well presented and clean. Hotel provides voucher for staying customers for 20% off breakfast and lunch at Masons cafe which is just around the corner!

Union square area is popular with San Francisco’s homeless and we found lack of causal evening restaurants in this area. The hotel would benefit from an open bar / restaurant facility.

Great Location for all amenities

Location of hotel was central. Pool area was nice but not much sun in October!

Room had stale smell and no outlook which was quite depressing! Pool area was nice , would have preferred room outside as much more fresher and brighter

We looked forward to coming back to the hotel after very busy days

Location was perfect. We were made very welcome and staff including Concierge were very helpful. We were treated like individuals not numbers. We loved the pool.

Tired old room, service to match.

Location was convenient. Pool was heated.

Air con on room didn't work. Reported it, someone looked at it whilst we were out, didn't fix it, didn't communicate anything to us, didn't offer a discount. At times we're uncomfortable in room due to temp. Overall an old, tired room with matching service. Nothing to make me consider returning.

The staff were nice and helpful. The location is good in terms of being close to places.

The view from the room is poor - in one room the window faced an internal dirty small yard. I asked to switch the room because it was next to the elevators and in the room I got, the window faced a wall (30 cm away). The streets around the hotel have a lot of homeless people - I did not feel safe walking there at night. During daytime it is better, but not so pleasant.

Excellent choice of comfortable, clean hotel, for location,, location, location.

Excellent location, centrally located … to theater venues, art museums, recommended restaurants: Prubechu, Brenda’s French Soul Food, and Suragan Contemporary Korean, and easily walkable to the Ferry Building, for outings to Sausalito and Angel Island. The staff was helpful and friendly … when I checked in, Jason, at the front desk, handled my booking, and kindly gave me an upgrade. Fantastic, spacious suite. Jason said that the manager is from Hawai’i, and is looking to initiate a “Kama’aina Rate” for Hawai’i residents staying at the hotel. I have spread the word on “the coconut wireless.”

This hotel is ideally located on Geary, off of main Market Street, but being centrally located in the city, also means noisy all-nighters, yelling pedestrians at 2 a.m., screaming crazy people.

Room was chilly - couldn’t get it warm enough even with heat on 89 degrees. I thought I read that we were supposed to have robes and a fridge in the premier rooms? We did not so I could be wrong?

Close to Union Square and the Cable Car stops. Staff were very helpful. 20% discount at nearby breakfast diner.

Homeless people and druggies. Very dated. No food options for breakfast. How long it took for the shower to run hot.

The hotel is clean, tidy and comfortable, the location is brilliant if you're a tourist in the city

The location is great for using the BART system to get to and from the Airport. You're right by Union Square and so it's easy to get to almost anywhere you want to go as a tourist. The rooms were comfortable too.

The night manager was rude to me. As a African American he looked at me as I was nothing to him no hello how are you doing and or welcome to our hotel just rude all the way around.

Our Stay was okay, We can find better properties for same price

staff at the property and the location is great! right in the heart of Union square

Very old property, Bathroom doors doesn’t close properly, wifi which is quite basic amenities doesn’t work! also, there is a lot of noise from the floor in the night, Make sure you pack some earbuds to avoid those scary noises in the night
