Overall we had a nice stay! The room was very spacious and close to the beach.

The hotel was close to the beach. The room had plenty of space for the 4 of us. The kitchen area was nice to have! I would book here again

the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly, but overall not terrible. On the back of the door in the bedroom was some melted candy stuck to the door.

Whenever we come to ocmd we stay at the Cayman suites. Rooms are very clean price great and we always have the same lady at the front desk she is friendly,helpful and just a delightful person.thank you to her for always making are stay so pleasant.

Crown molding needs to be fixed it coming down other then that everything was great as always.love the new window and balcony doors much better.keep up the excellent job.

Great room for a great price.

Everything was great - ease of making reservation, checking in, checking out. The clerk that was there in the mornings was very pleasant and helpful.

The night time clerk didn't seem to be too friendly and seemed like she didn't want to be working.

I asked for a better rate because I paid $350/night but the same room was being offered at $119. I went through Boo

location was away from the night life and noise

Size of the room and location.

One towel had brown stains, it was not clean. I didn’t like the fact the they didn’t give us clean towels. Front desk was not friendly when checking in.

We watched the fire works from our balcony. We could see the beach from either side of our room.

I’ve visited OC many times in my 42 years and hands down the worst room I’ve ever booked. I will never cook with the Cay

I requested an early check in when initially booking. we arrived in OC a few hours earlier than planned. check in was at 4pm so I called to again ask for an early check in I was told that I didn’t have a room booked with them and if I did book I could check in at 330 when initially walking into the room it has a smell and it’s not a clean smell one of the beds was dirty thank GOD there was a second bed and we had an additional blanket to use woke up to a trail of ants in the living room area (I have video) the elevator is scary….shakes no matter what floor you going to the whole place was dated…they need to upgrade the front desk people were not friendly at all, one of the guys didn’t even speak when we spoke to him

This hotel has potential, but unfortunately the hotel staff just don’t care about customer satisfaction.

We enjoyed the game room and the location being so close to the shore.

The indoor pool was freezing. The room had tons of ants and the front desk staff simply said thanks for telling me, and offered no solution. The sofa bed was also broken.

Close to everything!

I love how close it was to the beach and stores. Excellent location because you can walk to a lot. Parking was great. Staff were helpful and friendly. Two balconies and really nice kitchen and sitting room. Two TV's and a comfortable bed. Room was very clean. They do have a nice pool but we went off season and it was a little too cold to use it. Would definitely stay here again.
