Great location and nice ambiance
Upon arrival, we’ve realized that the jacuzzi was out of service, which was a big disappointment since we were looking forward to relaxing there. Although we were upgraded to a different room, which was nice, it was not a newly refreshed room as we had been told. Additionally, we were placed on the parking side, with no direct access to the hotel, making our comings and goings inconvenient. Despite our efforts to change rooms, we were told the hotel was fully booked, even though it seemed nearly empty.
The ongoing modernization work by the pool further disrupted the serene atmosphere we had always loved during our previous stays. Moreover, the ambiance was lacking—while the space was nice, it didn’t have the same vibrant energy that we remembered from our earlier visits.
3.5
The pool itself with access to restaurant and bar.
The property overall could use TLC. Rooms and pool area seem a bit worn.

pool area was great, everything was easily accessible to the downtown and the room was clean and cute! loved our stay here
only complaint was the the room wasnt ready for our scheudled check in time.

The property looks like the photos it’s just not well kept. We were there for our friends wedding that was hosted at the hotel. The wedding was absolutely beautiful. They had a great running planner however, every single one of us had to move rooms because of a myriad of different things for me and my boyfriend the AC did not work in our room. They gave us a fan. This is Palm Springs in September by the way, which means it’s over 100°.
Eventually, they did switch our rooms and that room was better, the AC worked, but it was still not great. All the rooms you know are about the same size it overlooks the pool area. If you’re upstairs on the second floor are bad sheets had like a blood stain on it. There was an empty box of condoms, and somebody had left Q-tips and dental floss in the room , obviously the room is not cleaned well.
The place is cute, but we will not be staying there again
The hotel needs an upgrade if you’re going to be charging people $1200 for two nights and then a $59 per day resort fee you should have wildcat Place our room was not cleaned.

The staff was so nice. Everyone working there was lovely and super helpful. The room service steak was super yummy. Loved the frozen cocktails at the pool.
The pool was so dirty, you couldn't even see your feet at the bottom of the water. The breakfast menu was okay, the eggs benny was sweet for some reason. Pricey for feeling like a had a film of grime on me from the pool area. The rooms are nice but I think the can get a re-fresh. the Canvas walls seem out of place.

Very laidback and kid-friendly
It’s seen better days, could use a major update. Used to be worth the money but now feels like prices are too high for the value.

The architecture of the hotel/club is stunning, and the swimming pool is the highlight of the stay. We loved that it was open at night, creating a lovely laid-back atmosphere. The food in the restaurant is really tasty. Moreover, being in Palm Springs adds an extra touch of charm to the whole experience !
We were disappointed with the room due to its parking lot view, we had a toddler and we hoped for a better option with a little terrace maybe ? Though nicely decorated in boho style, it lacked the comfort we hoped for compared to the rest of the facility.
4.5
The checkin process was smooth and the vibe at the lobby was very helpful. The room itself was nicely appointed with sort of mid-century kitsch with nice touches all over. The view out the room of the pool and the snow-capped mountains in the distance was beautiful. Complete with elevator music playing over the pool and lounge area! The front-desk people were very helpful suggesting some restaurants in the area that weren't tourist traps. They even had bar trivia in the attached cocktail lounge the evening we stayed. The overall atmosphere of the entire place was very retro-cool.
I'm not sure they have control over this but the shower water was very sulfurous-smelling? Which is probably good for you (like a thermal spa).
3.5
swimming pool. poolside service. staff. vibe. location.
noisy a/c. room felt/smelt damp/humid. noisy toilet. other than bed, not the most cosy room. no coffee facilities in the room.

nice room and location
no water in the mini fridge, when we called to inquire about this the front desk said there was no one available to bring us any. also denied request for late check out on a Thursday

restaurant, pool, bar area. lots of activities going on - bingo, trivia. good food and cocktails.
cool amenities in the rooms
the room is terrible. we were on a bottom floor and we had no windows. very dark, felt like a box. weird layout - didn’t feel comfortable for a long stay. was ok for 1 night since we were just passing by, but would not recommend for longer stays if you’re looking for a nice, comfortable room. but if the room is not the most important thing for your travel - then it’s pretty cool and fun with the hotel amenities that are offered.

Pool was nice
Room did not look anything like the one on the website. Curtain panels used as wallpaper, facing a parking lot, way too expensive for the look of the room.
