Location , Big spacious clean rooms with balconies.
Nothing to fault

Room was clean and comfortable. It was close to shops and restaurants.

It was in the perfect location! The rooms were very large and amenities within were nice!
The bar was not open long at all and the hotel kitchen was slow.

There was nothing that I found value in at the hotel. It was just "fine."
The restaurant and bar weren't operating, so no food was on site. I had to ask for housekeeping to make up my room. The nightstand in my room had drawers that didn't shut so I hit my knee on it in the middle of the night. The lamp didn't work. There was no mini-bar or not even a place to buy water or drinks on site. The shower curtain needed to be replaced, and the shower head was so calcified it was clearly old. This hotel had a weird vibe. The front desk was weird, it was dead inside and honestly I didn't like any of it.

Hotel has a great location, everything is walking distance; they have a bar in the lobby, they offer happy hour. Our room was very big, comfortable queen size beds, nice balcony. Parking is included in the price, only valet.

The rooms were amazing and the hotel overall was definitely a great time! I highly recommend this establishment for your next getaway, you won't be disappointed.
Nothing was open to get breakfast, hopefully the kitchen gets back up and running.

The hotel was fun, just what we were looking for. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Would stay again!
Cold and rainy during our stay, but the room was nice and cozy.

The valet staff was amazing and friendly, the room was nicer than average, and the location was great. Overall a solid place to stay while in town.
You need to have requested service for your room to be cleaned, I did, and it did not happen. That was annoying. Nothing really to eat in the morning, and their vending machines were not working.

The front desk staff were incredibly kind and accommodating during our stay, and allowed my friends and I to check in early. The room itself was large, clean and comfortable. We went on a weekday and had the pool to ourselves, and enjoyed the mountain view. The price was very reasonable, and the proximity to Palm Canyon is exceptional for dining and shopping. Definitely would stay here again or recommend to others.

We like that the property is in downtown, so close to a lot!
We have stayed here in the past and loved it! The 2nd time we decided to stay was not so great. We didn’t have hot water for the 1st night of our arrival, leading into the following day. We def took some pretty cool showers. The bar and restaurant were closed, which did not allow us to have room service as well. Sadly, this was not mentioned at check-in or even acknowledged for that matter, which I found odd. We really liked these amenities our last visit. Sad to say that Yvette, the front desk coordinator is really unpleasant to work with and quite definitely rude. She was very unhelpful and hung up on me when trying to follow up on having our resort fees waived, as her manager had previously offered us for the inconvenience.

The location. The pool party DJ. If you're looking for a place that's within walking distance of the city center this is your place. There are great restaurants (LuLu) and bars (Village) with music right off of Palm Canyon Road.
Need to new paint and carpet. A deep cleaning of the rooms would be nice as well. If the facility wants to allow pets please have a cleaning protocol. The second building entrance is a urinating ground for dogs.

the property is in the middle of great fun locations, a lot to do. we really liked the decor of the elevators!
very easy for the rooms casting to connect to another tv or the other rooms, we asked for help trying to set up the casting because we couldn’t understand it. we called they said the gentleman Daniel knew how to do it but was on lunch so to wait 30 minutes. no big deal but then a technician came up (nice guy) explained he was told tv wasn’t working (turning on) but he didn’t know how to do the casting only Daniel did but he just didn’t want to come up to set it up. We could’ve done with just instructions over the phone but 2 employees saying the same name he was just not trying to come up or explain it to us hahaha
Restroom floor was slightly wet around shower and toilet as well when we first got in which raised our eyebrows.

Good hotel with great location for shopping and restaurants. Just make sure to get a room far away from the south end, which is next to very loud night clubs that has music thumping into your room until 2 am. The staff was very helpful in moving us to a different room that was much, much quiter.
