Great location. Spacious apartment

I had to change rooms. The microwave in room one didn't work and the dishwasher stuck out of the wall because it didn't fit properly. When I switched rooms, the appliances worked, but the blinds were broken in places. This meant that people could see into the bedroom.

Schönes Hotel, aber Schlafcouch nicht nutzbar

Die Lage, an sich schönes Hotel, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Die Schlafcouch war indiskutabel, sie war wackelig und instabil, nicht nutzbar. Zudem war die kaputte Matratze total dreckig. Das fand auch die sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption... sie hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir als Ersatz ein Klappbett bekommen haben. Sehr engagiert. Vielen Dank. Für 2 Personen super... Für 3 oder mehr nur mit einer nutzbaren Schlafcouch.

Large, centrally located suites with kitchens that are (mostly) useful for cooking in the suite.

Nice big rooms, clean, modern and quiet. I also liked the convenience to where I needed to get to. I used the kitchen extensively in order to save money instead of eating out,

It could have had more pots and pans for cooking. I found I needed an oven pan and couldn't find one. I also only found a small frying pan, which was marginally useful.

Room was nice

Patrick the front desk tried to fix things that were beyond his comprehension.

Elevator broke so had to walk down 3 flights of stairs with 2 daughters that have trouble with their legs. And ac broke

Convenient and Quiet Stay.

Room was convenient and quiet.

microwave had tape on the corners to keep it together. Dishwasher was protruding out of its location. Dishes were old and few. vibe of the room was very old and outdated.

Check-in/out hours are just a way to grab 35 dollars extra from you.

It was right beside the convention center. The rooms are clean and spacious, The cleaning staff was lovely. The kitchen worked well, but it would be good to have a few more pans or any basic supply of condiments, like salt and oil. Or at least warn us about what you do not have in the kitchen so we don't need to run around looking for grocery stores.

Three things: 1 - The nightmare of the broken elevator! That was terrible! There was a sign there "It will be fixed today" on Saturday morning. When we left on Sunday at 6pm the same sign was still there. At least be honest about when it will be fixed, we had to bring all of our luggage back from the 3rd floor without one singular staff helping. We were lucky in such a lower level and we also had 2 other friends coming to help us out. 2 - The check-in says 4pm, which is later than any other hotel I've ever been to, if you get there 1 hour before they offer early check-in for 35 dollars. Then when we ask for late check-out they say 1 hour max because the next guests will come at 2pm. I said "but isn't the check-in at 4pm???" and she says "yeah, but they paid to check-in earlier" so the 11am check-out and 4pm check-in is pretty much a way of making more money. 3 - there is a parking lot right beside the hotel but it costs a fortune, not even a discount, nothing.

Affordable option with space for a family, great walkable location.

Great location, responsive staff, nice space and quite clean.

The chairs and sofa were rather ‘tired’ in look and springs, no external window in the suite (well, there was, but only to a sort of air well— so there was another wall about 4 feet away).

Great location,

The shower was great. The location was great. The staff was very accomodating. The hotel was clean. We didn't stay long enough to spend much time in the room, but it was more than adequate!

The sleeper sofa was not the most comfortable, but it was only for one night.

Acceptable for the cost. We only stayed one night.

Great location. Really friendly staff. Easy going and laid back.

Decor is strange. Feels like an office. The pull out bed for the kids was very uncomfortable.

The value at the Eldon is incredible! Tons of space, very close to the convention center, and really comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The Eldon is fantastic value for the money, but the renovations are showing their age a bit. The furniture and fixtures are not the newest, and the lighting was not a warm, inviting light. Different light bulbs in a warm tone would be appreciated.

My stay overall was comfortable and the neighborhood was safe.

Room is clean and very large for a hotel room... The location was nice and seemed really safe to walk the neighborhood.

No real access to amenities like restaurants and snacks. The room seemed dated and the quality of TV in the room was lackluster at best.

Big spacious room, well equipped. The location is very good and convenient for sightseeing.

We have booked the room for 4 persons. The sofa bed was not prepared. When we opened it we found out that it was broken and roughly repaired. Not convenient at all.
