Breakfast was not all that good. Omelettes requested #1 - mushroom and onion; #2 - spinach and onion. Both came back with no onions, but red pepper. We did not bother to send them back, Chicken sausage was tasteless

Layout of lobby and public areas is confusing and does not offer much sense of arrival. The hotel itself is much better than the public areas

Location, cleanliness
Bed and pillows not too comfortable

符合奢华酒店的标准,服务非常好👍,宾至如归。尤其是门前迎客的人员,让客人感觉舒服被尊重。前台和房间服务人员也都非常好。
房间的沙发有些少,放置衣物的空间少

I loved the Ritz Carlton in DC because the staff was so friendly and kind as well as professional and they made us feel as if we were the only guests staying there. it was super clean and the bed was so comfortable.
i can’t think of anything I didn’t love about our stay @ this hotel.
DC has so much to do and we were out quite late, it would have been nice to be able to get something to eat at the wee hours but this isn’t a deal breaker for me.

The staff were absolutely wonderful and our experience began well before our arrival, when the concierge assisted us with our transportation needs. Daniel was phenomenal.
This was our first time to D.C. and we will stay at this property when we return.
Everybody was so kind, warm, interesting, and professional.
Additionally, the facility was exceptional. The location was top notch and so many made our wedding weekend memorable.
Thank you.

Ubicación, bar and breakfast fine as well as the staff that was kind and professional.
How is it posible that a hotel with that category and price range does not have free WiFi, free gym and free coffee service in the room?

Everything was awesome! Each and every staff member was wonderfully accommodating, room beautiful, stocked with necessary essentials, spotless and comfortable. Very comfortable bar area with a “home-like” atmosphere.
On premise self-parking is a nice alternative to their valet service.
Not a thing

What truly disappointed me was not the outdated facility but the service. When I checked into the hotel, the reception gave me the wrong room number so that I had to take my luggage to the wrong floor only to find out that both room keys could not open the door. We were so confused until one staff called the reception desk and informed us that she had put the wrong number on the room key sleeve. Although the housekeeping staff apologized to us, the reception did not say a word. At breakfast the next day, a human hair was found in my yogurt bowl when I was half way done. I called the server immediately, and he said that he would take it off from the bill. When I asked for apologies, he responded “I said sorry”, and then proceeded to talking behind my back with the other servers gossiping at the breakfast bar. I seriously could not image any 5 star hotel being worse than this one. Please train your staff to keep up with the name, or else the long-standing brand will be destroyed.
